 Have you seen poor Jeff's left arm atrophying? It also looks like he can't bend his arm (photos from yesterday)

I guess he did tear his bicep during his and Jordan's new web show. From reading on the net, it does take some time to recover from bicep repair surgery. You can slightly see a bandage in the photo with the Jordan and the man.
