 Russell wasn't a non-malicious bully. He got in people's faces and he made physical threats.

I don't think there can be such a thing as "non-malicious bullying." There's leading, there's dominating an argument, but those would never be mistaken for bullying. Russell enjoyed using intimidation as a tactic. How is that not bullying?
