This is a response to: Russell wasn't a non-malicious bully. He got in people's faces and he made physical threats.

Well, I believe that, Russell was in fact the classical example of how one can use those tactics within the bounds of the game.

Everyone in the room, including Russell, knows that Russell could not physically assault another player. Russell was able to get other players to forget this basic truth. He didn't change the rule and wasn't going to hit anyone. What he did do was exploit a mental weakness of another player, which as far as I know, is the object of the game.
