I'm international and cancelled online here: http://service.real.com/international/superpass/superpass.html?section=1 Not sure if you can cancel online if you're in the USA but could help some people out. It told me I could access the content until the end of the billing period.

i called last week took the lady up on the free month then called two days ago and cancelled....got an email confirming cancellation ...saved that NT

Toll Free Number & they ask for your account number or email address...They offered a free extension which I turned down NT

I got the free extension like last year and just replied cancel in the email they just sent. I saved the email as confirmation. NT

In my case, I cancelled at the end of the season. And they kept charging me through December even tho I called to complain.
