What a nightmare!|
I spent almost 30 minutes on the phone, and all I wanted to do was cancel my subscription. Little did I know, I had been 'subscribed' to another service altogether!
The rep I spoke with barely spoke english, and I could hardly understand a word he was saying. But, I managed to pick out 'begin billing' from what he was saying.
Come to find out, he said as a SuperPass member I was eligible for a free trial to the MultiPass membership and he signed me up for it. After the free trial, I would automatically be billed for this service using the credit card info I had given them for the original membership.
So, when you're cancelling, pay CLOSE attention to what they're saying. Be sure that you're not signed up for this MultiPass membership!
