Rachel. Her early dominence with Brendon, her wisely toning down her "in-your-face" persona with all the HGs in the past week, her playing the game with gusto and determination, winning early -- and now late, with this big POV win! She is on a track to win it all. There have been some genuinely touching moments this past several days! Right after the DE, as Shelly and Jordan were having their huge confrontation, and Rachel grabbed Jordan's arm leading her away from this confrontation, tearfully with heartfelt intensity saying "Jordan this is not you", comforting her, identifying with her, bucking her up.....you just felt the sincerity in this Vegas Gal.
And as many people deride her "social skills" well -- one thing I've noticed, she does not Endlessly bash HGs behind their back! In front of them....yes! Too honest, sometimes hurtful -- but always out front. Take it or leave it. I'll take that any day of the week over listening to the others conspiring to hide or cut up her stuffed animals, or ripping her apart day and night. Go, Rachel! You deserve to win BB 13. Now, luck plays into this, and it may not happen, but she's already won BB 13 for a lot of us!
PS: (My home is NYC -- and as Irene is barreling down on the city, and the rain is pouring outside the windows, and the city can potentially be in quite a conundrum during the next 24 hours, with worries about flooding and a power outage affecting millions of us.....well...BB has been a nice way to bide our time (especially, as a Rachel fan, with tonight's good news) as we wait to see what in the world is going to happen tonight/tomorrow!!)
