I agree, what's funny is the show used to be an hour and they covered the part you speak of very well. Now they expand it and leave off 09/15/11 09:43 AM

the most entertaining aspects. They need to give the veiwers what they want. And I want more drama in the questions. Watching Eric ask Lisa why she didn't vote him back in during season 3, or just making the final 2 sweat with very confrontational questions with snide comebacks like "who cares what you think, I don't expect your vote anyway slimeball"
2 other things irritate me too.
The last person on the jury gets no say or no chance to sway the others. Too little information is available to the jury about the final week. The Jury discussion should include all jurors and should include 2 segments, one prior to the questions(which again need to be change back to the old format) and another powwow after the question and answers.
The other part I looked forward to the most was the non-jurors. I loved when they revealed what they saw to the jurors, after the vote. But last night they brought back 5 non-jurors and only 2 got to speak, one of those being the person who left the show prior to the first eviction. I want to hear from all of them, afterall, they are kind of "us", the people that saw what we saw and can reveal the surprises to the jurors and to the final 2 also. I say "kind of" meaning they actually played a little and know these people personally. Allison telling Erika to use her winnings to buy some dignity was classic. Surprising the jurors and final 2 with diary clips was also very entertaining.
We get an extra half hour and none of the good stuff. They need to correct this, but they never do.
I think the real problem is they think the they have to have the announcement of the winner as the last main segment. This is wrong, I know there's going to be a winner and know it's one of two people. Give me reactions and surpises after the counting of the votes. The revealing of the winner is not the best part of the show, the reactions and explanations afterward are.
