knowing the character weaknesses and strengths of other players in this game, that have also played AND won in the past. He's ruthless and I think it takes some level of egotism and ruthlessness to be a good business man. He's taking no chances with the coaches strengths... I do agree that he has an ego, but he's backing it up right now imo... I mean don't get me wrong, he does gross me out, doesn't really seem to like the ladies very much and having his warts removed on TV kind of sealed the ick-factor deal! lol
p.s. I wonder if Dr. Will had a hand at telling him to get rid of Janelle ASAP
