 When Kaysar comes back......

Regardless if James or Sarah is gone, he is going to have to do damage control to try and get the S6 numbers back up. April desperately needs a leader, so she can go back to sheep-mode. This "think on your own" thing isn't boding well for her & her demeanor. She will be right there at the front door hugging and hugging him. Kaysar will have a new bond with April, which will be used to his 110% advantage. I can even see him initially spending more time with April than Janelle.
Kaysar can talk either James or Sarah back into the S6 fold, if only for one week, to get rid of Maggie. I think he'll come back as peacemaker (for a week) and make H/R realize they need to band together for ONE more week to get rid of Maggie FIRST. Remember, James has been chanting, "Hey, Maggie won, Maggie won." Aha, a new common enemy or at least a way to keep James under control for one more week.
If I recall correctly, Kaysar said to get rid of Maggie first then work on J/S. I have no doubt he knows that a HG could come back (especially with the 3 choices - all controversial in their own way) and will mentally play out about 10 different strategy scenerios over these next few days. In fact, when he realized he was going, my impression was that he was "working" the Crapette's *very* hard, just for this very reason. He cannot stand them! There was no reason for him to work it like he did unless he thought there was at least a small chance he could come back.
Kaysar also thinks that James can be "controlled" at least until the final 6. In light of recent events, his view may have changed, but I am willing to guess he will think ousting James was a week too early. James & Sarah are common enemies. That buys the S6 2 weeks for things to play out and alliances to crumble/ drama to happen.
I could even see Kaysar coming back as a neutral player (only for appearances sake) and will evoke BS to make Maggie the new common enemy. He will out everything Eric did/said and will sneak Maggie into that "backstabbing" or even paint her as the (cough cough) mastermind behind Crappy's uh, strategy/trash talking.
