she was just pretending along with marcellas, when he blackmailed her about the week 1 one deal, she thought that if she kept him chilltown would be after him, and he might be after chilltown, and if she kept him maybe he wouldn't go after her.

she already knew he had stabbed her in the back, by the way he acted the week danielle became hoh.
