Something just occurred to me about Will and his "showmance strategy".... 09/25/06 02:30 PM

I was just thinking...if Will had no problem lying to Janelle about loving her, or having a future with her, or about breaking-up w/ his girlfriend for her, all for the sake of the game... Then why is it that he wouldn't lie to her about taking Boogie to the final 2? I remember after she won the veto him telling her numerous times that he had to take Boogie to the final two...he told her he had always been upfront and honest about that. So if he couldn't lie to her about that, after he went to the extreme to lie to her about all that other stuff... Why wouldn't he go ahead and lie about that too? We are talking about the Puppet Master, right? Wouldn't it have made perfect sense to lie to her about that too? So does this mean he didn't like lying to her?
I just really think that Janelle would have taken Will to the final two... In the end I think the reason she evicted him is that she thought she'd have a better chance to get to the final 2 with Erika promising on her mother that she would take her, than she would with Will or Boogie, who made it CRYSTAL clear even after she won final veto, that they would only take each other. I just don't see why Will would "work" her all summer about their relationship...and not see that he needed to lie to her about that as well? Anyone else think this is weird? Would it really have been that far fetched to make her believe he would choose her over Boogie, after all the other stuff he was pitching?
Just something else that makes me think he wasn't lying to her at all.
