 Scenarios and more

So I have been wondering about this since last season, and then last night after hearing Ollie say we have to go over scenarios every tuesday, and the way everyone preached on Dan right before the pov Im really wondering now. On the show it always shows everyone going one way and then all of a sudden it shows oh they might be goin the other way so it has you thinking oh which way is it going.
Last season when Natalie was evicted it really looked like for a whole day they were going to keep her. Then right after bbad was over Ryan was like ok flip the script we have to make it a tie and let Sheila decide.
This season this week right before pov when we knew they were going to leave the noms the same, there was a whole night of them talking about Dan running scenarios on him as if to maybe make up think he might go up. But you could really tell it wasn't going to happen.
Then this last night April and Ollie talking about getting Keesha out and Ollie saying they have to run scenarios every Tuesday really made me wonder. Are they told even if they know how they are going to go to run a different scenario for the show so they have something to show on the show to make it suspensful??
When this starts going down everyone gets excited and the boards get abuzz. But when Ollie said that about having to run scenarios every tuesday last night I was like uh huh. So is it my imagination or does anyone else think this is what happens? Seems like even after the scenario is run when they know for sure what they are doing nothing ever changes thats what makes me wonder.
