Even with that if you look at more direct comparison of Love in the Wild w/ Bachelor Pad

the latter fairs very well. In my original comparison with bachelor/ette there is only one couple able to come out of one show because of the format unlike Love in The Wild. So, I was commenting on the general premise of how well the bachelor does in comparison with long term relationships based on the original statement I was responding to.

However, a more direct comparison would be to use just the Bachelor Pad which has multiple men and women and has also only had 2 seasons so far just like Love in the Wild. The format and how the couples get together is bit different, but closer match than my earlier comparison. The couples below were together during the filming of the show and most dating post-airing of the show for at least from a few months to couple of years and 1 now married. So, either way you look at it the Bachelor franchise fairs well. Especially when you consider in the case of Bachelor Pad it's only filmed in barely 2 weeks, lol.
