Not much happening the past hour...
There hasn't been a post in a while here, so I figured I'd recap the past hour... Everyone in the house changing into swimsuits to go into the HT. M wants to rest, has a long convo with D about the interior decorating in the house, and also how D needs a perm (she said "sista's need perms to straighten their hair" looking at the cam, directing to the internet viewers.) G says he will go to the HT, and M says "Now I REALLY don't want to go." Meanwhile R and Jo in HoH, Jo discussing possibility of L and C getting nominated, if that happened Jo wouldn't use a veto and let the house decide. HG's go 1 by 1 to place Subway orders, eventually everyone (minus M) is outside at HT smoking cigars and chatting.

E, R, Ja getting facials from C, L & M. R is embarrassed. R freaks out every time C pops a blackhead and shows it to him.
Jo is taking a shower. Ja & E are applying masks. M is running the show. (Ch really got into popping the blackheads) D(I think) - "You realize this is going to be on national tv?" M "roddy, you are going to look SO good tomorrow" Ch was applying R's mask but someone said "he's gotta put it on" (meaning R himself)

C saying "that's so f*cking cute!" (It seems to have some special meaning to L, something I must have missed.) C asks if they (L/E) kiss above the covers. L says they do. BB tells Lisa to put on her mic. Lisa says she's going to bed. She goes and gets good night hugs from C/D/M/A.

?? Lisa just invited Chi to walk her to bed and make sure she gets there safely.
Somehow Chi got there first, and it was Dani that walked her into the lizard room. Some discussion between Dani and Lisa about "Can you sit on the toilet? Do you want me to spread tissue" Lisa leaves with Dani, presumably to go to the bathroom. After a while, Dani returns to get Chi and says "Lisa didn't make it", yet when Chi catches up with Lisa, she is lying across a bed in the HRD. There seems to be no problem, and Chi sits to talk about her and Roddy. Lisa now talking about kissing Eric the other day and he stopped and said "Hi". "That is my most favourite thing in the world, I almost cried" They are both gushing, but Lisa has the topper. Today, he came up to her in the kitchen when she was making a PB sandwich and wrote "Hi" in the peanut butter" For some inexplicable girl reason, both are torn up by how sweet and cute that is.

Josh preparing for bed in the cot room. For some reason he is electing to sleep on the floor rather than a cot.
There is some kind of pad under the bed he is making, but it isn't very thick. As he makes the bed, oh so neatly, he is walking all over it in his bare feet. Jason, Eric and Roddy exit the DR and go to the bath room to wash up. Josh follows. They are reporting on the DR interview and posing for the cameras. Chi is in the shower and is kibitzing with the boys. Roddy rushes over and throws a glass of (cold) water over the shower at her. The masks are not white any more, they are olive green and look a lot like camouflage paint - much more manly. Everyone seems to be having a great time over all this

Cycling The Feeds:
F3 Josh and Eric playing chess while Roddy and Gerry watch. Gerry leaves to get a good night's sleep. Complete silence. F 4 is a different view of the same thing. Just as silent. F 1 & 2 is Jason and Dani playing cards in the HRD. Amy is loudly there but off camera, and is pointing out places from her life on a map to Marc and someone (probably Chi). Amy refers to the place she is "going to the lake next week" She knows about the sequestering, they just had a long conversation about it and how cheap the per dieum for meals was, and the food at the Sheraton. she said to Marc to call her whenever they let him make calls (this was not an assumption that he was going tomorrow, but about when he does get out. Why does she think she won't be sequestered, but he will? - The mystery that is Amy). The camera has never moved from the same view of Dani and Jason, in spite of the fact that they are saying next to nothing (nothing if you discount card talk), while the others are talking. Now no one is talking and the camera continues to linger. I think the others must have left. (how could it be that quiet if Amy is there?)

It was finally to the size of like a nickel, and before she came to BB Dani decided let's just get that.... She pressed, and out came the puss... and it just kept coming.... All the Zit stories were grossing Jason out. M entered room, and Dani repeats the story.... Amy could not hanlde the conversation and was humming as to not have to listen... finally they said they were done "CLEAR" and asked her to knock of the humming

Cycling The Feeds:
F 1 & 2 Remains Dani and Jason and cards, Until FOTH. Back to the same. F 3 Eric and Josh play chess, very, very quietly. No evidence of anyone else around. F 4 the same, but this view shows Roddy in a nomination chair being equally quiet and leaning forward to watch. Mumbles and squeaks. "Check" Roddy is getting bored waiting his turn and is examining a tray on the table. "What is this?, for beer" He reads the back and says "Thermo(something), hmmm". The quiet resumes until Marc comes in. Eris says "That was a lifesaving treatment we got, Marcellas" Some response from him about the cigar smoke (being bad for his skin?). "Where's the other deck of cards", asks Marc? "I don't know" Marc wanders off to the yard to look for the cards. I haven't seen him return. The silence descends. The game ends and there is discussion of Josh's loss, but who really cares? F 1 & 2 is still Jason and Dani playing cards, but this time Marc's elbow is visible. Chi is there and there is talk of zitts. Josh arrives and pats Chi's butt several times firmly. She says something to him and leaves. Card talk. Amy says to Jason "Shut the hell up before I knock you up side the head" (I don't know what he said to deserve that, I was being inattentive. Sorry.) Amy seems to be talking to Marc from under covers and is very muffled Josh says, "I think they are going to rip you guys all over TV for what you did tonight" (the facials) "Really?" It turns out that Josh is joking, he thought it was funny. Jason remarks that BB said they were turning out the lights in 2 hours a long time ago. He thinks they are late, but he also says that he doesn't think the curfew is out of concern for them. Eric made some kind of chocolate looking drink for Jason and delivered it to him. He left after saying something to the effect that we only have 4 hours with the food, so we might as well eat whatever we want. F 3 has Eric, Marc Josh and Chi in the kitchen. General chit-chat. Some discussion about how many calories a man or a woman should have a day.. They seem to be making floats or shakes, probably to use up the ice cream. Some of them are Strawberry. Chi doesn't like Strawberry. Now offering to make another for Marc. Marc grunts no and Eric offers to split one. Negtive grunt. Josh comes through to say good night, and as he does, the lights go out. Before bed ablutions for Chi and Roddy in the bath room. Eric visits the HRD. Marc dances the shimmy behind Chi as she brushes her teeth. Roddy lectures on the caloric content of various things (2 Tbspns of PB is about 195, not many calories in jelly - no carbs). F 4 HoH Chi undressing for bed while Roddy installs earplugs in Josh and lectures him on how to do it. Josh leaves and Roddy turns out the lights. Roddy speaks to the camera and says "I'm going to get naked now, so give me a break" He moves forward, away from the camera by the door, and when it doesn't follow him, he says "thank you". After a pause, the camera does rotate, and he is indeed nude (relax girls, you can see enough to know he is nude, but not much more). He moves toward the bed to be less in shot and the camera doesn't follow him. But then he moves back in. He pulls up his pants, closes the blinds and gets into bed. As he closed the blinds, Chi said something about was he worried that someone would look and if it was me in here with a naked butt, would you look? "Of course" They alternately talk to the camera and flirt with each other in their unique fashion. Chi said something to the effect that he wasn't getting any again tonight but that the late shift camera men would be all over them all night without seeing any action. She says that if there is any action in the house, it might not be with him. She suggests that she may have an affair with one of the staff in the HoH. "But all he wants to do is talk. They play interview while passing his mike back and forth. Eventually they discuss strategy and who might put up who and what she might do. The conversation seems only half serious, and is too rambling for me to report. Roddy says that Lisa is a likely target right now. (that's interesting) He says that Dani and Chi are much more involved with the rest of the house and better liked. Sound stays on them, but the camera switches to Lisa on her bed, asleep, alone, with no covers over her, and looking cute and vulnerable. The talk lulls, but the camera stays on Lisa. F 1 HRD and discussion of the Internet. They seem to agree that everything we all do on the net is tracked. Eric is on Jasons's bed. Marc is in his usual spot for the week. I think that Amy is with him. Dani and Jason are probably on Dani's bed. Marc says "I don't want my porn sites tracked" He seems to think that everything is tracked and no matter what you do, deleting cookies, whatever, they know.

Cycling The Feeds: One Last Time
F 1 & 2: When last I saw them in the HoH, Chi was topless and laying on her stomach having her back gently stroked (I think the excuse was her dry skin. Before I left that feed last, she was encouraging him to rub some lotion on her. The lotion rubbing is over. This is not lotion rubbing). Any way, he was excusing himself to go to the w/c and she rolled over onto her back and pulled the covers over her head. He slipped under the covers and she weakly protested that she had to put on her top. He stayed there for a while without movement, then got out and left. Chi got dressed under the covers and snuggled up with a pillow and what looked like a pair of sweat pants (I speculate that they weren't hers). I come back, and somehow, just about everyone is now in HRD, including Roddy and Chi, who just came in to do a dance on Jason's bed. A lot of fun is being had but nothing is being said. Dani is trashing Gerry by saying that he is trying to sneak a peak at her when she is showering. She says that when he is in the room, she moves up to the screen so that he can't see over it. She says that he sits on the couch and stares at her. Back to the mindless joking and carrying on. Roddy and Chi have left now. (the group are making a lot of noise, but earlier in the day a couple of them was yelling through the wall toward the lizard room that they were making too much noise. They say that they can sometimes hear what goes on in there. Lisa and Gerry are presumably trying to sleep in there). Roddy and Chi have returned and have excused themselves yet again. Off to see what I can find on the other feeds. F 3 & 4 Cot room with Josh and Chi on the floor, and Roddy/Eric beside them on a cot. More loud talk about Meritt and someone wanting to sleep alone when he doesn't have to. Chi says it's so he can sleep. I think it is about Josh being in there because Gerry snores so badly. (there is a later reference to how bad it is). It turns out that Eric/Roddy is also there once I switch to F 4. He is standing in the hall by the DR door. More Gerry bashing. Josh is saying that many (all?) of the others are so annoying him and he is only comfortable at night when he is with them. F 1 & 2 is quieter now, but they are still at it, talking about people they saw during casting who didn't make it. F 3 & 4 has Roddy examining the A/C thermostat. It is 69 degrees F. They negotiate how much to warm up the house. Chi requests 72 and Roddy agrees. He has been saying something about how it was in HoH relative to the house, so I presume that it is cooler in the HoH and it is acceptable to raise the temperature there too. He did remark that there was no point in going to bed when he knows he won't sleep, but I don't know if that is temperature related. That's enough for me. It's after 4:30 am here. TTFN

When I just log on, I saw Gerry was laying on the couch talking with Chiara who was standing, briefly. Then Chiara went back to hoh and sleep. Gerry is sleeping on the couch right now! Everyone else is sleeping in their beds, except Josh who sleeps on the floor.

FOTH must have been for BB to announce "get up!!" because they are all up - Eric is lifting weights outside; M & A moved from bed to lounge chairs out
side to continue sleeping. Dani is playing cards outside; R&Ch were hiding under the covers in the HOH. Jo is resting on a lounge chair as well. No one took the time to get dressed (except G who was up earlier); they just moved outside. Lockdown? I don't know. Yeah, lockdown "go to backyard and pull the shades". Ch (or Lisa) in bathroom.

Lisa and Danielle and Chiara are talking about how Gerry hates Jason...Plus, they think if Gerry got HOH he would put them up, but Josh wouldn't. So the three of them agree if any of them get HOH they will put Gerry up.

F 3 & 4 has Lisa and Josh discussing Coffee in the kitchen. Josh is complaining about the quality of the coffee they get. Lisa is participating at a minimal level. BB announces, "House Guests, you have 5 hours until the live show begins" Lisa: "So that means it's like 12 o'clock, right?" Lisa says she is happy with whoever gets HoH this week, unless it is Gerry. Josh, naturally, agrees. He trashes Gerry a bit, but is unusually restrained. Amy enters and Lisa goes off toward the Bath. Amy says, "This mike is about to get on my last nerve, I'm glad this is my last day" Josh is complaining that the Ice Tea is not kept in the fridge. They make room, and put it in the fridge. Amy trashes the Sheraton, where she fears that she will be sequestered. She expects that BB will bring Bucky out to LA to visit with her. F 1 & 2 Lisa, Dani and Chi in the HRD discussing the possibilities. "Gerry will put us up in a heart beat" "I don't think Josh would put us up" Lisa says she would put up Gerry because of the veto. Dani says "You are afraid of him using the veto?" "No", she says, "because he used the veto" Dani says "oh" but doesn't seem too pleased with that answer. Amy visits briefly to get something, and leaves. They are now discussing what to wear for the show, while Chi changes several times. Lisa leaves. Now discussing who to nominate if one of them gets HoH. Chi wants to put up Gerry. Dani says "who with?" She waits a long time for an answer, and when she doesn't get one, she suggests Josh. "let them fight it out. They'll put out Gerry and we keep Josh. We don't have to risk putting anyone else out" Chi is reluctant because of the backlash from Josh. She is gently guided to the idea that she can tell Josh "this is what you wanted" as an excuse for the noms. They seem agreed, and fashion consultation at an end, they leave.

F 4 has Chi breaking down in HRD and saying "I think we are breaking up" to Dani. Dani is appropriately sympathetic, but there is a brief interruption when they think someone is in the hall. Chi talks some more and changes into a bikini. Dani leaves and Chi talks to Marc who is under the covers on the big bed. It becomes clear that Chi is talking about one of the BB DR people. She says "do you think he suspects I'm seeing someone else?" In LR Josh has a brief strategy discussion with Gerry. He says that he is pretty confident that he will win this week. He also says that others have spoken to him about sitting on the couches after exercising. "You sweat more than me, you should be careful about that too" Josh goes into the HoH to brag to Roddy that he managed to diplomatically convince Gerry to stop sitting on the couch after sweating. "He has gone to take a shower right now" More discussion of who Josh would nominate and who others would put up. They seem to understand who Josh would put up as his first choice (I'm not), but the second choice is less clear. Chi comes in and there is some chit-chat about Rich from the DR (and John) and their comments on her lack of use of her mike. FOTH Back to jumping pictures. We settle on Dani and Marc in HRD. Marc is packing and Dani is saying angry things about the possibility that Marc might go. She is making vague threats. Marc says he might not mind going. (no peace and love in here -the usual). Personal stuff about Marc's sisters. F 1 & 2 is Jason on hands and knees in HoH searching for something. Roddy and Josh are there too. They appear to be searching for the HoH key. Now they wander the rest of the house. Josh is ranting that it is BB who took the key and are f**king with him. Refering to all the times Marc lost his key. Josh gives up the search and goes into the W/C. Jason is making food in the kitchen with Gerry. Roddy continues the search. F 3 back in HRD where Marc is still packing. He is searching for his polishing cloth (for shoes). Dani is there. The are trashing Amy about last night when "she just wouldn't shut the f**k up" Dani reporting that, "You can't tell Josh anything" Making fun of Josh's sincerity in the way he tried to reassure and manipulate people. Dani leaves and Marc carries on, humming softly to himself. F 4 is more of the same. Marc wanders into the kitchen alone. Amy saying that Josh is in the bathroom spraying and singing. Roddy left NY for Chicago (long)
Roddy was telling Chiara that he went to chicago to try his luck at Second City and Improv Olympics. He took classes at Second City. Roddy - I made enough money bartending that I was going to buy the bar I was working for. I wanted to do it backwards because the place I was in was so undervalued. I was going to then go into improv and standup. I used to work at Mirimax I had a job to work at a dotcom here. After about no time, Mr. Dotcom didn't come to fruition and then I wanted to write and I was jotting down stuff and y'know I thought thank god I saved enough money to buy that bar. At the end of every month, I had negative. It's a good thing that the stuff I wrote. I told a story about my friend, remember my friend, he went back to my university and he was last on a 5 person panel and they all said network and stuff and he said, I don't believe any of that stuff. Meet them at bars and at golf and stuff. I saved up so many great contacts I once got this movie financed in about a week and the guys are dying for the next product already. Y'know even if the movie sucks, they're like we'll get it rewritten. Chiara - You still get paid for your script right? Roddy - I'm not getting paid for it, I'm taking it back end because I know it's gonna do good. I'll get expenses. People I've known over the years are like young guys with lots of dough and I told them all that one day I'd be coming to them with a favour. I've got this guy who's like an angel and he said if the budget goes over, he'll write the cheque for it. Roddy - You've gotta stop looking in my ear. Chiara - I wasn't looking! I was looking at Dani Roddy - That's a lie, the first lie I've caught you in. Get her some poker chips. Chiara telling Danielle all starstruck that "he got financing for his movie in a WEEK" If things fall through, I'm going back to Wall Street. I can't believe I'm 30 and I can't even buy a house. (spoilers from 8/1 show below..) F1: Danielle, Eric and Roddy are hanging around the bathroom area. Roddy explains his "humans" for his least-favorite-animal answer. He says it was sarcastic, kind of tongue-in-cheek. Since he is human, he can make fun of humans. R does worry that his grandfather's going to see it and he's worried that it makes him look bad. He tells D that he asked the "guy over the loudspeaker" and he reassured him it was fine. E says he doesn't think it looks that bad - it's better than bringing a gun to an island (referencing Amy from tonight) R says his book choice was "Origin of Species" (Darwin). E says his favorite movie was Scarface, R's was Field of Dreams. They joked about Amy, saying they think she's already drunk by now. Danielle leaves the Bathroom area and goes into HRD. F1 follows Dani in. Chiara and Lisa are sprawled out on the bed while a robed Marcellas folds and readies clothes. Talk about where people are sleeping now. Now it bounces back quickly to Roddy sitting in a bathroom chair.. R says that they should all decide about using the veto ahead of time, if two out of their group of four go on the block. E asks R, "Will he put up Ja?" R wavers but eventually says yes. That it makes sense, and it could be his early prediction that Jason will be nommed by G. Sipping a drink, Eric says he wants to look like he's doing something but not have to talk anything over with anyone. So they agree to go play chess.. F1 follows these two into the LR, conversation ensues about their Chess Tournament thing. Notably, G and R say that Josh was the top seed b/c he was undefeated in chess. Josh shows up as well and some small talk ensues. Now bringing up Amy being gone.. G says he hopes A doesn't get hammered tonight.. they say "how does that not happen?" E says that maybe the people she hangs out with when she gets hammered are "more her style". (LOL) Josh says he wrote Merritt's number down on a piece of paper and gave it to her, so maybe she's hanging out with Josh's gf this very second. They joke about her reaction to seeing Bucky again for the first time. (spoiler alert) F1: Roddy and Dani are almost whispering to each other, while lounging in the papasans outside. Chiara also there listening. R believes that if G doesn't nominate Josh he'd be stupid.. and that Josh will use the fact that Gerry thinks he'll be here the last week to his (Jo) advantage. R says, among other things, that Josh is "riding him out" and playing him for a fool. R adds it's "almost pathetic" that Jo is so confident around Gerry, after all the Nazi comment.. and the Veto thing where Marcellas asked him to be nice. R continues that it's weird now to see Jo lying on his bed.. Danielle laughs "listening to his music".. R quips "Rubbing his feet". Now Chiara is talking about a comment someone made.. D thinks it's unfortunate, Ch says it is unfortunate because she was thinking of blowing him (?) (she repeated this, too). R says "You're gonna blow J?" No response from C. R says it seemed that they wouldn't ask questions about R as much.. they'd be fresher in peoples' minds, that questions about Lori would be much more random. R says asking Playboy magazine? "You'd think it would be the guy" but Chiara says she knew it was Tonya. Ch telling D that she doesn't care, that she doesn't feel like getting in a fight with anyone. Roddy jokes that she should to spice it up a little bit.. I hear Josh's voice. He landed at the couch near those papasans outside. He's telling a Merritt story. G ends up in the Tiki Room, practically ripping a panel off of the dresser under the lizzies. As Gerry gets things set in his room, we watch him dim the lights. He peeks out and gives a little "heh, heh".. Josh knocks for a meeting with G. Jo says he also told Roddy this last week, that he wants *his* key to be the first in the nomination box. Josh claims he gave Amy the message to give to Merritt which has a secret meaning for her. F1 - Jo tells Ja that he told the girls they'd be nominated, L feels she's going against.. (more)
F1: Josh and Jason were hanging around the kitchen. Josh said that there are a limited number of people and was talking out who could be put up next. Before he got very far Roddy entered and they started joking around.. Josh says that if you look at the 3 (M, G, Jo) are all left for dead, but now those three will be in the final 8. Ja and Jo both say Unless he breaks his word. Josh says he's the most likely for that to happen, but if he did, he'd be gone the next week. Josh says he's telling everyone what he (G) swore. ------------------- Feed changes to outside.. L, C, D in hammock. Lisa says "So that means it'll be me and Jason". They balk at the idea of Jason going up, but Lisa reassures them that G has said "someone has to be the bad guy". Ch says she wants to continue "sh**ing" on G. She makes fun of him for thinking he's going to be more famous than he will be, that he'll have a new acting career. Lisa says that's the reason for his silly quotes, etc. D says the funniest quote of the evening that Amy was telling Jason that G doesn't like him, that he's a "pretty boy". D mocks Amy's way of telling Jason this. D says Jason responded (mockingly) "Dog-gummit, I tell you what, if I leave this house, I ain't leavin' 'fo that man." D says it isn't right when there are only three ladies left. Ch responds that they have to be strong, not power in numbers.. silence as a plane goes overhead. D confirms with them that G will let everyone know tomorrow who his nominees will be. They talk quickly about how handsome Jason is, then Ch says she couldn't believe the vote against Amy was unanimous. D says the only person who'd run around the house trying to scheme and figure out who it was would be Josh.. post

F1 - Danielle and Lisa on who's safe, kissing up and bonding (more)
F1: (Danielle and Lisa swaying in the hammock outside) D tells L that "of all the people to win HoH".. She's extremely concerned that another girl will be evicted because of a conversation she heard between (she goes 'that one' and 'that one' to people we can't see off camera). Lisa tells D that she's safe.. Lisa says Roddy's safe as well, and D wonders is because G&R made a deal? Lisa says no, no.. Lisa says it was more of a conversation they had. Also thinks G wouldn't put up Ch, either, because it would only serve to turn R against his interests. L imagines it could be her and Eric but she's unsure "because there's no way of telling what's going on in his brain until the keys are pulled". That's what really is worrying her right now, she says. (Guys are messing around in the background) D says you either have to be yourself or not be yourself.. that's the way it goes. Lisa says it's going to kill her to watch Josh kiss G's ass for a week, and D tells her she's concerned about Jason. L says Eric is taking it hard because he lost. L said she tried to say hi to Eric but he said "How the f*** was I so stupid?" and she was like "Ummm..." Gerry gets some Danielle tutelage from across the backyard.. they wonder how much weight Gerry has lost. G guesses 15 pounds. Gerry says when the weight starts to go off it goes in big groups and then it tapers off.. (D is giving advice to folks working out by the door) Lisa whispered that Gerry is going to spend this week bonding with the guys. No response. Danielle laughs and says the DR is going to get her using profanity (?) Wanting to be called to the Diary Room, Lisa says she "needs to vent". post
