Josh has not gone outside to smoke his cigar, he is in the LR. First he was watching the game,
now he is participating and interacting with the others. The conversation in the HoH has subtly changed to the signs/evidence of if a spouse is cheating and how to approach them. Lisa is still silent, but Dani finally chips in on the cheating issue. She says that "if my husband ever asked me if I had cheated, regardless of the evidence, I'd be horribly insulted" (What? Regardless of the evidence?) Whatever, both Dani and Roddy are ganging up on Chi about the attitude toward lying/cheating, and what she would use as evidence that her spouse was cheating. Chi is putting up a valiant defence, but, as usual, Roddy is being very precise and is relentless. Roddy leaves for a while and Lisa talks to Lisa about why she didn't contribute. Lisa says it's too soon for her to even think about this, and that she missed some of it because she had to go to her happy place" to avoid it. Lisa and Chi left for a while, and Roddy lectures on his feelings on the subject to Dani. Chi comes back. and things go back to the original topic, but on a somewhat softer scale.

HOH convo continued...
Ro leaves the HOH to go to the WC. Ch apologizes to Li and D for going at it with R. Li says that she zoned out since cheating is too fresh to her. D told her that she liked to see the points that each person was making. D adds that it's interesting that all the cheating convo started with a discussion about the interview questions. Ro comes back in. They continue their convo about relationships. Ch concludes by saying that Ro is a very secure person who has dated insecure women. Ro thanks her for saying that. Ch adds that she is a secure person who has dated insecure men and has had to change herself to accommodate their insecurities. Everyone decides to have popcorn. D and Li leave HOH. Ch goes over to Ro on the bed and they hug and kiss for a bit before going out to get popcorn.

HGs in HRD and another CH and Ro argruement (very long)
M,Li,D,C,Ja and R in HRD. They are concerned that G will come out of the DR and come into the HRD where everyone is. M says that G gave him a really angry look when he (M) left G in the room earlier during the 80's discussion. He adds that if he is found raped and dead in the morning, they will know who did it. Ja gets called into the DR. They want to be quiet in the HRD so that G won't find them. Ja turns out the light so they can hide, but D tells him to turn them back on. Ch tells them to be quiet as they hear G walk past the room. Ch asks each person to answer yes or no to this question: "Is Ro is as laid back as he seems to be in the house?" M: No. Li: No D: Yes Ch: No. They start to discuss what they think about his laid back. G comes into the room and Ch cheerily says "hi" to him. They continue the discussion. G figures out the question and says that he thinks Ro is laid back like pilots maintaining an even stream. Ro says that it's different in the house since everyone needs to protect each other's dignity. He gives an example of earlier at dinner when he reached for some more zucchini. Ch had made some comment about taking more zucchini which he felt was stated in some type of superior way. He felt slighted by it. Ch can't believe that he felt that. Ro says that Ch was telling everyone that she infers a lot from non-verbal comments and he is just doing the same. Ch asks if that's why Ro has been acting weird tonight. Ro says that he had to take two aspirin after dinner and he didn't want people to think that every action he did meant something. He repeats that every one needs to respect each other's dignity. D wants to move the convo back to want they miss outside the house. She asks M what he thinks and M jumps up and runs out of the room screaming (play acting). Ro says that if what M did was a response to what he (Ro) was just saying, it is a perfect example of hurting him (Ro). Ja comes back into the room. G tells him that he thinks it was a reaction to D's question. They discuss things they miss (e.g. books, info, etc.). R leaves the room to go to the WC. Ch says that she didn't mean to start anything again. D says that R probably didn't like what Ch just did. Ch replies that Ro likes that type of stuff since he likes to get "to know" people. D says that even so, it's not good to focus attention on one person in the group with questions like that. She asked the whole group for an opinion on one person and maybe that person didn't want that opinion. Ro walks back in and Ch asks him if he minded her question. Ro says that he didn't mind the question, but he didn't like the way it was asked. She asked, "Do you think that Roddy thinks is as laid back outside as he is in the house?" He would have preferred, "Do you think Roddy is as laid back in the house as outside?" Ro adds that he doesn't mind disagreement, he is open to learn from the discussion. Even earlier, he could have hammered her more during their arguement (cheating arguement). However, he did not want to embarrass her. He didn't want to introduce information that can hurt or embarrass her. Ch is challenging Ro thinking that he could have said things to embarrass her. G says that Ro means the possibility of embarrassing her is what Ro is discussing. Ro repeats that he won't do something that has a possibility of embarrassing someone. Ch is called to the DR. D says that she feels very uncomfortable about this discussion. She adds that everyone in the house is human and has feelings. No one can discount another person's feelings and hurt them. Ch sticks her head back into the room and tells Ro that M wants to talk to him in the hammock. The camera zooms in on Gerry sitting on M's side of the bed with one of his feet his his hand.

Ro goes out to M on the hammock. Jo is playing bb. M tells Ro that his running out of the room had nothing to do with what Ro was saying. M was just freaked out that G put his big, hemmorhoid filled ass on his side of the bed on his pillow. Then the last straw was G started to pick at his nasty feet and M had to run out. He couldn't stand watching G pick at his big club feet. He can't stand G being around. Besides Jo, he does not want to talk to G. He wants to do something, but D has told him that it's not fair to G. M thinks that they really need to do an intervention with G. He tells Ro a story about G coming up to him (M) at the hammock and M not moving over for him to sit. G just sat at the edge of the hammock anyway and didn't get the message that M didn't want him there. M thinks that G is being disrespectful and needs an intervention. Then they can return G back to his family a better person. Ro says that M is just trying to find an excuse for an intervention.

M goes back into HRD and G is gone. D says, "I'm sorry." to M. M tells them that watching G pick at his feet was the last straw that sent him out. D gives M a big hug. Li, D, M and Ja are all laughing really hard after D's speech about respecting people's feelings. M says that he'll have nightmares. Li tells him that she has the "bad" pillow that G sat on and has given M her pillow. Ja leaves the room. Ro comes in and they begin to discuss train trips. D wants to go on the cross Canada train that Ro went on. Li says that she took the train from the east coast to CA and then describes her trip. She was buying alcohol for a bunch of underage guys. Ja comes back into the room and Ro gets called out to the DR. CH comes back into the room and asks D if Ro didn't give back to her as bad as she gave him. She adds that she knew Ro was upset about the zucchini and twisted all up into his superiority complex. Ja thinks that they are crazy in love. Li comments that they are made for each other and will have the best make-up sex. Now Ch is saying that Ro should try and embarrass her. If someone is going to cheat on her, they should just go do it. Talking about cheating is just as bad as doing it. CH starts talking about John 2 in the DR and FOTH.

D, Ch convo about Ch's future children and her family (long)
Ch telling D that she likes to argue with Ro in front of the others since she likes getting their opinions. D asks if Ch would argue like that in front of her children. Ch answers that she would not argue in front of her children since they are so impressionable and have their own reality. She mentions "when Ro and I have children" and D calls her on it. Li says, "Busted." Ch is saying that she loves her relationship with Ro and their "disagreements". She is so much like herself in here and her relationship with Ro is so great. She is so turned on by the heated discussions. Li comments that her parents never argued. Ch says that her parents never argued until two years before their divorce. They were married for twenty years. Ch was raised by her mom since she was twelve. D asks if her parents got divorced because of cheating. Ch is explaining that her parents are wealthy. Her dad was always chasing more material things and lost a lot of money on the stock market in the 80's. He even lost ($500,000) in one day. He was bad at hiding it and her mom was able to cover it up from the kids for a long time. Finally, her mom knew that she could have a better life. They tried to get back together again and even went to family therapy which Ch says was a nightmare. He didn't change so they got divorced and her father fell into a depression. It's been twelve years since the divorce. Li asks if he has recovered financially and Ch says, "Oh yeah..." and then FOTH...

back from FOTH. Her father is more settled now. He appreciates the little things and is wonderful with his family. Ch's family used to live in a big mansion, but they lost it. Her father was a builder and built the mansion. Now he lives in a Cape Cod four miles from the mansion. Her mother doesn't exist in the town. Ch comments that it's hard to have a divorce in a small town. She had a harder time than her brother since he went to private school and she went to public school.

Discussion of boarding school in HRD (long)
Ch says that she regrets not doing well so she could go to boarding school. Ro says that he went to a prep school, but only day school. M says that he had a chance to go away for high school and didn't. He regrets it. D says that she always wished that she went to boarding school since her favorite show is "Facts of Life". She wanted to be like the characters in FOL. They start discussing shows like Family Ties and Friends. Ja wants D to update him on Friends since he was watching Survivor last season. The convo switches to going out in New York since Thursday is a big date night. Li and Ch saying that Thursday is a great date night for New Yorkers. Friday night is when all the people from New Jersey and other places come into town. D is surprised that they would stay out until 2 am on a work night. Ch comments that on Friday, they stay out until 5 or 6 am. D can't believe it. Ch now telling Ro about her slip up with saying, "Roddy and I would never argue in front our children." Ro says that it was kind of cute. Ja adds, "Ch gets so upset when I call you (Ro) her husband." M jokes, "Ja, you and I won't argue in front of our children." Things are winding down and M says that he wants to tell G that it bothers him when he sits on his (M) bed. M jokes that he wants to tell G that he is the biggest, scummiest HG in the house. M would be so happy and they all laugh.

D saying that G was imitating her saying "four". M is saying that G was raised by wolves and is married to wolves. D says that she hates G picking up the bunch of grapes and picking the ones he wants. M says that G is like a cat, when you bring out food they come running. D says that she is living with her worst nightmare. She hates people who don't wash their hands. M says that he hates fat people. Ja replies that G is losing weight. M says that he's not losing enough or losing it fast enough. He's a nasty fat man. Li, D, M are laughing like crazy. Ja finally says that he thinks G is a nice guy and will give him the benefit of the doubt. M says that Ja makes them feel so bad since he is so good. D can't understand why G picks at his feet. M says that he needs to do something about them. D adds that he needs to soak his feet and shave off his thick skin. Li answers that G is an older man who doesn't think to take care of his feet. D says that she tells her dad to cut his toenails all the time. M replies that G's wife should tell him to take care of his feet. Li says that maybe his wife never sees G's feet. Ja talks about being really careful about handwashing outside the house. However, when they told him about G making the Caesar salad and not washing his hands, he shrugged and figured he didn't die from it. He thought that it was weird since he is so clean outside.

Ro is telling Ch that he is very careful about what he eats in the house. He is conscious about taking food from the group for himself. He chooses to go to bed hungry rather than take food that the group needs to eat. Ch explains that she is looking out for the house and making sure that they have enough for the entire week. R says that she doesn't understand that he is having a physical adversion to the PB. Ch is upset that she didn't know and now understands why Ro was so upset earlier. Ro repeats that he is very conscious about the food.

Ro and Ch game talk in HOH (long)
Ro tells Ch that they need to do a little game talk. He asks if it's guaranteed that G is up next week for noms. Ch says that she thinks so. Ro replies that it would be better for them if G stays. Ch thinks that they can work G, but Ro says, "Not like that." Ch asks if Ro talked with M yet. Ro says that they had a little talk and M told him that he (M) would not put up Ro and Ro told M that he would not put up M. They hugged and it was nice. Ro says that it was not a super firm agreement, but it was okay. They want to keep Ja and D with them a little longer since they are with them. Ro says that Ch played the couples thing right. She has really separated the couples thing by putting up Ro. It works so well for them. Ch says that it would be good if G got HOH. Ro replies that G would clean house. Then they realize the G would not put up M. He would probably put up Li and Ja. Of course, G needs to put up the HG that re-enters. They have to see what happens with HOH. Then the convo turns to eating at McDonalds.

Still G bashing in HRD (long)
Coming into the middle of it...M and D are still bashing G about his coughing. G woke them up when he came in to change their battery packs. M says that G did it on purpose. He was freaked out since he doesn't need to see that ugliness in the morning. He adds that he know G was coming he could hear him dragging his big club feet down the hall and coughing. He starts to imitate G coming down the hall...scrape...drag...scrape...drag. They are all laughing. M says that it is worse because he can't say anything to G. D tells him that everything will pour out to G if M starts and they will have to let it go. D adds that she just turns her back when she knows he is coming. D says that she will take their battery packs out so that G can change the battery packs out there and doesn't need to come in while they are sleeping. D goes to take the battery packs outside. When she comes back, she says that she bets $20 that G will change the battery packs and bring them in to each of them and wake them up. M says that he is going to sleep with his bandana on since he doesn't want to wake up and see the sloth. They are saying that G is so boring and they can't stand it. Li comments that G might try and get into the HRD if someone is kicked out from the HRD. M replies that G already tried it when he mentioned to M that the people who go to sleep early like G and M should sleep in the HRD since it is so dark. M told him unequivically, "No." Li says that G might try and get in the HRD again since he is feeling close to them now. M says that if G tries, he (M) will stuff him in the lizard cage. Then they joke about turning off the cameras and having murders in the house. They are laughing hysterically while Ja is sleeping. Finally, they go to sleep.

M: I got up early because I want to put something out to you. It has to do with the house seeing you as hygienically challenged. G: Are you a spokesperson or is this just coming from you. M: This is just coming from me and I won't be repeating this to anyone saying that I told Gerry this and that. G: Okay M: The coughing thing, people don't want you to cook because you cough over the food and some are offended because you're washing some clothes in the kitchen sink, I'm a germophobe and I've never seen you do that but others have. Just tell me if you want me to stop and I will. G: No, please go on, I thought I was watching my coughing by walking around and making sure I had something to cough into. M: You work out and you're all sweaty and people still don't think you are washing your hands enough. I don't want this to be like an Amy thing where people were always talking about her being drunk. If you get put up it should be for better reasons than hygiene. G: Is it just some people thinking this? M: No, it's the whole house. I just want to tell you this so that you don't put yourself into these situations in the future. G: Thank you for telling me this, I appreciate it.

M: I loved the book Talented Mr. Ripley, every gay guy loves to read this, it has all three stories in it….the movie was very good very well cast except the guy he fell in love with at the end was nothing, I mean you couldn’t hire someone fine, and the book gave a reason he loved him C: yeah and that wasn’t’ in the book Ja: oh Talented mr. Riplye, I didn’t see it but david sagger liked it C: did you see Big lebowski (said something about it and its actors) M: wait aminute who was he in Almost Famous C: he was the clerk (Marcellas now go into a fast paced overlappin tirade against ugliness, marcellas talks of a book that he could not get into because the main char was ugly and marcellas can’t stand that and chiara talks about how ugly people can be a detracting though that does make it more believable, marcellas back to he couldn’t get into the book though as he wanted them all to be beautiful)

The summer she and her friends were doing ecstasy every night- one time they were on ecstasy and G(GBH) and a girl went into "rigor mortis" and they were worried she was going to die- but she was OK the next day. Then she talks about K (ketamine) and the trouble is you can fall into a "K-hole" and feel like you can't get out. Danielle is pretty horrified, saying she is a mother. They're talking about previous years of the show. Someone asks Ja if he was as into Year One as Year Two. He said yeah, he was. Ja explains about getting to know the characters in house over the first few weeks and compares it to a television show that you start watching and become familiar with. Ja says that there weren't many in house to like or root for last year. Dani chimes in with that they were all rotten. Talking about the waitress who left the first week ("Autumn?" they think) who was down with Hardy.
