Bit about Amy phone call
Sounds like Amy won the competition and got to make a phone call to home, as Dani just said something about "they thought you were coming home" and Amy says her mom said they thought she was coming home too. All four just pigging out on snack food in kitchen (from Jason's HOH fridge I think), Amy said something about wanting to wait on the food (from BB I guess) to get there. Lisa said a few minutes ago that an Oreo with Doritos is good.

(whoops, I keep switching back from Updates to P/X, meant to post this here first)... Looks like some Cheezits, some Planters nuts, a CD with a "BB HOH" label on front... some kind of fabric (clothing)? Can't see anything else right now, they keep going back and forth on closeups... oh there's some Doritos... now HOH basket on F1 and F2. More if I see anything interesting in it...

Danielle going thru HOH basket - here's what she got:
Hot pink robe. CD is Bon Jovi's Greatest Hits. Jason points out Dani has a letter. (not sure that's really what it was since no one has said anything about it several minutes later, think it may have been the drawing by kids he thought was a letter) Bunny slippers. Dani says a note that her perm will come tomorrow. Pictures of kids when they were little. What looks like a drawing by one of her kids. Cheezits. Pepsi, Diet Dr. Pepper, one Citrona, one Diablo, cherry something. Aforementioned Planter's product tho they haven't said anything about it. Danielle says isn't her hot pink robe the tackiest thing? J: "It's tacky but it's a good tacky." More pictures of kids. OK they've been looking at the drawing for ages, posting for now...

Lisa says when Dani told her about the hot pink robe she thought it was going to be different than it is (like less loud of a color!). D: "I told you!" Danielle goes off to bathroom, which is where Amy is, asks Amy if she's OK, Amy says yeah, she's OK. Danielle heads back kitchenward. And now we've got FOTH again, not sure why...

Danielle asks if it would be stupid if she stayed in the lizard room, she wants to sleep with everyone else, doesn't want to sleep in HOH room. Lisa (incredulous) says she won HOH and doesn't want to stay in the room? Danielle just announced to Amy & Jason she was going to sleep in lizard room tonight. Says that one day they all four should just stay in their robes all day. They can hear BB people outside the house, Danielle says "I can hear you out there. So loud." Lisa to Danielle about Marcellas: "I hope he's OK." Danielle: "Yeah, he'll be alright." (silence) Lisa: "Wow." Danielle: "Yeah."

Amy says something about when she packs this week - there's a pause and they all start discussing whether or not they need to all pack and be ready to go this week. Jason says tomorrow morning they could get up and see "Expect the unexpected" on the plasma screen again. Discussion that now that the Power of Veto is gone there could be more and other twists. BB announces the food is in the storage room. There's taco salad, steak tostadas, cheese quesadilla... looks like they have a Mexican feast tonight.

Danielle is saying that Marcellas thought he could beat Amy not using POV, and that Marcellas thought he could have beaten Lori if Gerry hadn't used the POV to save Marcellas. Danielle says Marcellas couldn't have, Lisa says she thought Marcellas could have beaten Lori. Danielle says when she thinks of the numbers and counts (votes), Marcellas couldn't have beaten Lori. Now Danielle talking about Roddy knowing details about her, and that Marcellas told Roddy and Chiara things about Danielle. This conversation is going on F3/4 around dining room table. Still talking about food - they're obsessed!
Jason and Amy are sitting at dining room table with cards, Lisa's sitting nearby in a chair, they're all still talking about food, how full they are, going on and on about food, chit chat. Talking about how if they go to bed and they get hungry, they can get up and eat more food because they have food now. Jason just asked why did BB turn the lights back on, Lisa says BB probably thought they were going to bed and then realized they weren't so they turned them back on. Amy's stomach hurts, she's full. Jason says he's full too. Says the only thing bad about the food is there's so much salt in it, they'll all be bloated and puffy tomorrow. Lisa's says she's been bloated all week. Jason & Amy playing cards now. Oops, looks like BB just turned the lights down low again.

Amy says she's happy that she knows her family is taking good care of Bucky because when she was on the phone with them they said "Oh, Amy, he's so cute". She and Jason are still at table playing cards. Lisa's in the bathroom brushing her hair. Amy says she can't get over her parents saying "Yeah, we were waiting on you" (because they thought she was coming home. Jason: "Yeah, thanks for the confidence." Amy: "I know, I was like wow." Amy says she just hopes kids at school aren't saying things to her little brother. Says she hopes W.T. (brother) says he is proud of her.

Here's a few tidbits of what's been happening the last few hours (inside).....
D, L and A were in BR (ja was in DR) girls talking...L said to D I wish you had more recent pictures of your girls..D said she was not a "picture person", she said her parents weren't either. She talked about a family picture they had made once, with her husband, the girls and her mom & dad. Talk about makeup and they asked D if her oldest was allowed to wear makeup yet. D said yes I told her she could start wearing it when she started high school. L said so she's wearing it now? D yes I guess she is. D said I could tell from the video she had some on. They talk about food, sweets...D said the reason she didn't gain alot of weight when she was pregnant is because she ate good foods, not much sweets. D said when she was growing up they never had desserts or sweet stuff in the house so that's why she probably didn't crave it very often. More talk...they can hear Ja yelling in DR and wonder what he's doing. When Ja returns from DR they ask him why he was yelling. Ja said he was reinacting how he yelled during the luxury competition..and they all say yes that was funny you were so loud. Talk about Marcellas and how they were suprised he didn't use veto. Talk about how he did that because he wanted to show he did it on his own..all of them talk about this and believe that's what it was. Ja said he didn't like how M counted things he'd won etc like he was keeping score and justifying why he deserved to be there more. Ja said he didn't like that, he didn't think anyone should keep score and that everyone deserved to be there. D talks about how she loves M so much, but there was nothing she could do. (Not much important for about 3 hours..chitchat....this is just some things that stood out, in order but with much more talk in between items. Just thought I'd fill in a little, since I couldn't sleep.)

Wondering who likes each of the differnt strange foods
A says that she LOVES stork pate A I'm not a big fan... sure not a big fan of haggas Li haggas sounds like a city in holland D apoligizes to A. A says "for what" d replies for everything... .the agree its been a hard day for everyone D belives that of all the people in the house, M is the most marketable. He is beautiful, and has connections already. He'll be ok A i said in the DR, i'm glad if he had to leave he did it when everonye is sad about it, and there's no trashfest. Saying he was sooooo shocked Li says that was the most dramatic live show A saying she was so certain that she was going, and talked about it a lot in the DR. Says after all the noms, she was prepared. Can't imagine what it is like to leave when you don't expect it A. food Challenge update
HG in sponge costumes. Had to move from one kiddie pool to other and squeeze out water. The level in the second pool would rise and a rubber duckie would get above a line in a cylinder for them to win that meal. THey lost Mexican and Indian. But won a bbq, surf and turf, sushi

"Squeeze Play" BB will be supplying regular food this week, however the HG's have the opportunity to compete for a catered dinner each evening of the week: Friday: Southern BBQ Saturday: Indian Sunday: Chinese Monday: Italian Tuesday: Surf & Turf Wednesday: Japanese Thursday: Mexican HG's in bathing suits - and are going to put on "SPONGE SUITS - they are great big blocky sponges - and their heads, arms and part of their legs stick out of them. LOL. In the center of the yard are two "starter" pools. They are soak up as much water in the the "starter" pools as possible, and transfer it to the 7 individual food pools to fill them up until the duck is above the red line inside the pool. They have 10 minutes to fill the food pools, and they can attempt to fill any of the pools they wish, in any order. Its apparently a little harder than it sounds.... they are all grunting as they do this and out of breath. Lisa got stuck and couldn't get back up at one point... lots of soaking up water in the main pool, and running to the food pools and squeezing the water out. LOL. Amy fell over and couldn't get back up. Whistle blows. Everyone exhausted. Now they are getting out of their sponges and playing in the center pool. They got five out of seven - all except the Saturday Indian and Thursday Mexican. All congratulate themselves on a job well done.

have been chitchating around table playing card. I believe Danielle when to DR first. The Plasma Screen "....about nominations are tonight". Jason went to DR. Girl talk and some talk about fishing. Amy went to DR. L, J and Danielle continue to play cards. The only mention of game talk since FC is Amy saying she would like to see her key on the memory wall before she is nominated.

he closes bedroom door. It appears L and A still sleeping. Jason is brushing his teeth. Dani now in WC too. J cahnges D's batteries. J washes face and D is looking for a clean washcloth. Talk about how Amy doesn't wash her face at night, leaves makeup on. J says something like whose vote you would cancel out. D "I don't know". Jay then goes on to say he is very confused in the morning. Dani seems perky. 9:30 am. Lisa is up now and in WC with J/D. Amy is waking up now too. Lisa says she needs a morning hug, then J and L give each other a hug. It is announced that FC is in 30 minutes. J/D in Kitchen. D making coffee. J talking about making scrambed eggs with hot spicy mexican. L joins them. 9:52..."Danielle, Please put on your Microphone. Amy dressed in bed and goes to WC. Lisa says she is in a happy mood.....Then L says I had a dream last night that my Dad called and told me "to stay away from that boy". Side comments from all about Jason's virginity. Jason says he had a strange experience in HOH last week. Said he didn't know if it was real or not. Said he couldn't talk about it until after the show.

A, D, L play cards on patio (more)
A playing solitaire, D shuffles a pack of cards over and over again. Lisa wipes her head. She says, Let's get this meeting over. Referring to the nominations, but Dani ignores her. The girls rehash a lot of past events. Discussing one evenening when Josh trashed Amy and her mom at length. Amy says she doesn't recall. Dani asks, "What you change about how you've played the game. is there anything you'd change." Lisa thinks, "no". Amy's not sure. Then they go into a huge re-run where everyone tries to remember events. Dani claims she remembers a "lot of things". Amy says she can't. The planes make a lot of noise overhead, and I admit that I get lost in trying to understand all the details of who said or did what. Then Jason comes in and says, "Wow it falls I silent when I arrive." Lisa talks about her pants getting pulled off right away during the food challenge. The sides are ripped. There's a lot of laughing about what was said by producers about it later in DR.

Amy said that she had one thing she wanted to achieve, that it took her 7 days to do it, after that...nothing else mattered. I'm not sure if the girls quite understood what "one thing" she wanted to do. One of the girls said, "getting back in house?" but that didn't seem to be it. Later Amy again gets coy with wanting to talk about something, but not wanting it on tv..and worrying again about whether her private DR talks are not being shown on tv.

themselves. Amy got up and went into the house. Danielle told Jason that she had spoken to Lisa, and that she is going to put up Lisa and Amy. She says I'm not putting you up Jason. He says "Thank you Danielle". Danielle told Jason "I tild Lisa that she is staying, that you would vote Amy out". He says "Yes..okay". Danielle got up to go in the house..Lisa came out...Jason said "You have my word that I will not vote you out". Also mentioned to Lisa was to "act freightened" about being put up on the block.

Saying that Corky's in Memphis has wet barbecue (ribs) and the Rendezvous has dry barbecue (ribs), with dry rub (seasonings) on them. (The parentheses are mine...) a very charming dinner story as told by amy
Amy,L,D and J are all sitting at the dinner table reminiscing about old christmas memories. Amy tells about one year in her house when her sister Emily opened up all of her presents and complained about every single gift. Apparently the family captured it on videotape. She blew off the family and went outside to drink with her friends instead. Years later Amy asked her sister what was up that year and her sister responded with "oh that was my cokehead christmas"....FOTH lol

Holiday Stories (long)
They've been sitting around the table about a half hour or so now telling Christmas/Thanksgiving stories. Some of the highlights... Jason's family always goes out of town to visit other family members at Thanksgiving, sometimes Starkville MS ("Starkvegas" pipes up Amy, Jason says "home of Mississippi State, Amy loves it there"). They always stay home for Christmas, sometimes go to Dan-Dan's later on Christmas. Tells about a Christmas where his brother Josh gave their mom a really cheap necklace, she was going on and on about how much she loved it until Josh went "Oh Mom, it only cost three dollars, I don't love you THAT much". Everyone laughs. Lisa told a couple of stories, one about one holiday spent with her mother's sister's family who has nine boys, apparently the boys are very smart and at six years old the oldest asked to say grace and went and got a Bible and read a really difficult passage and everyone at the table (at Lisa's family's) freaked. Then they were asking the kids about spelling, and another of the boys spelled a bunch of words as one big word but this child was younger than the six year old who'd read the Bible passage. Then Lisa tells another one about how she had been bad on Christmas Eve and the next morning instead of being allowed to go directly to presents/Santa, her father told her she had to get her hair washed and get dressed and fixed up first. So her mother was washing, drying and setting her hair (Lisa had said earlier she had hair down to her knees when she was a little kid) and her mother was in a big hurry and instead of grabbing the hair spray, grabbed a can of Scrubbing Bubbles and sprayed it all over Lisa's head, then they both ran out (because they were in such a hurry to get to Christmasing) not realizing what her mother had done. The rest of the family died laughing, her mother was horrified, and had to wash and fix Lisa's hair all over again. Danielle - maybe I'm just having a Freudian moment about Danielle but I don't remember her story being particularly interesting. Amy first tells about a Christmas when her little brother W.T. was a toddler and had already been getting into a lot of trouble and being bad, and had set fire to a yard. Amy says she and her sister Emily had been warning him he'd better be good because of Christmas, so when Christmas came around, they played a trick on him. Their parents apparently make a big deal of presents and put out all the kids' stuff on three sofas, and on Christmas morning the kids would come running in to see the stuff. Amy & Emily covered up W.T.'s presents with a sheet, got a bar stool and put in front of it, and they got a paper towel, and got some ashes out of the fireplace and some sticks out of the yard and put them on it, and when W.T. came running in they told him that was all he got because he had been so bad. "I told you!" Amy says she said to him. Their parents got really mad at the girls for tricking their little brother. Amy said she was about fourteen at the time. Then she tells about a Christmas during the period when Emily was really being bad a lot ("when Emily was in her bad stage") when Emily was about sixteen. They were opening presents and everything Emily was opening up she was saying things like she hoped they kept the receipt, this would go to Goodwill, that would go to Salvation Army, really unappreciative and being mean. Emily was griping that all she wanted was a pager and she didn't get it, going on about it. Their mother was trying to calm her down, saying they would go down to the store and get her a pager the next day. Some of Emily's friends pull up outside in a car and Emily starts walking out the door with a wine glass in her hand ("Where are you going with my wine glass???!!" Amy says her mother said.) Emily said she was going out drinking with her friends. Amy says after Emily left they were all just stunned, W.T. was a little kid at the time and goes "She is BAD," Amy was trying to apologize to everyone for her sister's behavior. Amy talks about her sister's comments at the time about giving everything to Goodwill and Salvation Army, Amy's mother told them everything in her sister's pile of presents was going to go, their mother told Amy if she wanted anything out of her sister's presents to take it because everything else was going to go. Next, Amy says they have that Christmas on videotape and were watching it (apparently fairly recently) and Amy asked Emily what was that all about, what was going on with her then, and then mimics what Emily said ("Oh, that was my cokehead phase" - or maybe she said period or craze, not sure). Amy said that was right before the last time Emily got sent away. Jason tells another holiday story I missed most of, then Amy just told an Easter story that I missed most of and then says "Emily was bad! I hope she doesn't get mad at me" (about telling these things). Says Emily's son Isaiah does some bad things and Amy says "Paybacks are hell... you got your hands full". Now they've cleaned up after dinner and sounds like everyone's planning to get into the hot tub with their libations. Lisa's gone to the bathroom, Danielle and Amy are in the lizard room and Danielle is spraying the lizards ("They must be really thirsty... look at 'em"). Don't see Jason but I guess he's putting his swim trunks on getting ready for hot tub. Feed keeps freezing...

More on the lizards
Danielle and Amy were discussing the lizards, Danielle says they're acting the way they do (trying to escape, etc.) because they are not being held. Says the instruction book says they need to be held. Amy says she would hold them but they bite. Danielle says that's because people don't pay attention to the instructions, they're not supposed to be fed by hand and that's why they bite hands. Danielle says something about making friends with the lizards. Amy says she tried to make friends with them the first week, took them out, held them. A: "I can't be friends with something that treats me like that!"

Danielle pleased with how smart she is yet again
Jason's gone inside, Lisa's gone to DR, Amy & Danielle are sitting in hot tub talking about the game. Talked about how irate Marcellas was about being nominated. Danielle sharing many of her strategy secrets with Amy, things she did, how she was playing the game the minute she walked in the door, she couldn't sleep because she had work to do, she had to get up and talk to people, figure them out. Talks about how Josh was always trying to figure her out, how he would say things and Dani would say "that's interesting", Josh would say Danielle was smart and Dani would think "you don't know how smart I am". Very pleased with herself RE her strategies...
