| Dear BB fans, Well, it's been an interesting week as hoh and probably one of the most controversial. It all began with winning the hoh competition, coming down to the wire with Janelle. I thank my lucky stars because if I did not win, chances are that I would be on the block right now fighting for my competitive life in this house. Janelle and I have been like oil and water from the beginning and chances are that it will continue. We then had the food competition in the Snack Shack from Hell and let me tell you, that was a heck of a show. I did not have to compete, nor would any of the other house guests of known that I had the choice. However, if I am going to practice what I preach about leadership, I must lead by example. That is what I did in the bonus round by not only eating my portion of Sardines and egg salad but Michael's as well. It was a lot of fun and nauseating at the same time. The most bittersweet part of this week as hoh was receiving my basket with Joseph and Danielle's pictures which I got as a fathers day gift. It was very emotional for me because Julie, Danielle and Joseph are not only a part of my life, they are my whole life. Without them I am only a shell of a man. Big Brother did not provide me with a picture of Julie, probably because they did not think I would be able to handle it. The only reason I am the man that I am today is because of her, and I will love her with all of my heart for the rest of my life because of it. Time to go. Julie, Joseph and Danielle....Hang in there, I LOVE YOU GUYS. To all the fans and my firefighting brothers, keep the faith and keep crossing those fingers for me. I might just make it to the end. | Repeats of Summer League Games from Vegas instead of Big Brother I don’t know if any of you guys watch Big Brother, and I hope that you don’t. But I got sucked in by my wife this year (hey, there’s no hoops on) and have been watching it for a couple weeks now. If this “Eric the firefighter” guy isn’t the most annoying thing I’ve ever seen on television, I don’t know what is. He’ll probably get kicked off the show by the producers before it’s over, as he appears to be a paranoid and irrational hothead. The cast for the show is so annoying that I am getting out. I’ll watch repeats of Summer League games from Vegas instead, as watching Big Bro is just too painful, especially given the fact it’s on three times a week. But that’s just my two cents. I’m pretty sure that Cops is still the best reality show on television. View Article: Here Discuss Here: BB Discussion Forum |

| BIG BROTHER: I know, I know - I should be analyzing current HOH Maggie and her nominees for eviction (Kaysar and James) and her rickety alliance with Team Do-It-Fer-Cappy, and Julie Chen's body glitter, and blah blah blah. But I have to get in a couple of last digs at recently evicted/vertically challenged Eric. First: Thank God you're gone. Second: Brotha, that in-house bawling you'd been carrying on with had to be an act - Julie dangled all kinds of opportunities in front of you during the exit interview, yet your stiff upper lip didn't quiver once. And lastly, is Eric serious? Did that lunkhead really tell Julie he'd rather be friends with two sorority girls, a closeted lesbian and a chain-smoking personal shopper than have $500,000? I am not really watching this show, I am not really watching this show ... Am I? (Théoden Janes) View Article: Here Discuss Here: BB Discussion Forum

| Eric Doesn't Live Here Anymore Stunned and righteously indignant as only a vapid reality-show contestant can be, Eric sweated and steamed before getting the boot in a whiplash-inducing reversal. From hero to goat in one week — "Big Brother" at its finest. View Article: Here Discuss Here: BB Discussion Forum |

| Sin City Man Gets The Boot The city of Las Vegas can rest easy. Barring a twist that might bring him back into the house, firefighter Eric Littmann will be heading back to Sin City. Outsmarted by a revolution which saw The Outcast Alliance (James, Sarah, Kaysar, Janelle, Howie and Rachel) take control of the game, Littmann was ejected by a vote of five to four on last night’s live eviction episode. The Outcasts’ celebration at removing one of the strongest players didn’t last long however when Eric’s secret partner, Maggie Ausburn, won the Head of Household Competition. Once again, the power has shifted to The Disciples (Maggie, Ivette, Beau, April and Jennifer) who will assuredly continue their feud with The Outcasts through Maggie’s nominations for eviction. Maggie’s picks will be broadcast on Saturday night’s episode. Maggie is apt to target either James or Kaysar. View Article: Here Discuss Here: BB Discussion Forum |

| Ivette declares: My Heart Belongs to Cappy
Never one for subtlety, the diminutive Eric is distraught. He even "nicely" asks Sarah not to "p**s in my ear and tell me it's raining." Ivette, one of Eric's chums, is equally upset, declaring, "My heart belongs to Cappy" as she blubbers all over the place. She, Eric and Beau decide to blow off some steam in a particularly amusing and pointless segment which showcases them all exercising together in anger. Ivette, you'll burn more calories if your arms aren't clenched in front of you like that.
Ms. Julie then offers Eric and Maggie the opportunity to offer up some final words before their eviction. Eric thanks "BB6" for "the opportunity of meeting new friendships" and the opportunity to strengthen the bond between him and his not-secret partner Maggie. He does not thank the show for the opportunity to showcase what a crazed midget he often displayed himself to be. Maggie echoes his sentiments, also minus the midget part.

| Another Alpha Male Gets Punk'd Eric: I have no idea what you'll tell your kids about the ''Big Brother experience,'' but I have a sneaking suspicion about what they may ask you when you make it back home. ''Daddy, why are you so bossy?'' ''Daddy, why did you act like a flaming butthole on national TV and try to pick a fight with that man?'' ''Daddy, why did Mommy run out of the room crying every time you and Maggie hugged and talked about how you love each other?'' Seriously, it finally dawned on me during Maggie's taped goodbye speech to the firefighter that this was more than just a strategic alliance between two emergency workers — she's got a crush on the damn guy! And nothing's worse than a lover scorned; she'll stop at nothing to avenge her man (she's got his hat on backward to prove it), so that means she'll nominate Kaysar for eviction on Saturday. Or does it? View Article: Here Discuss Here: BB Discussion Forum |

| Eric Volunteers for California Fire Storm
Growing flames of the cedar fire are pushing hundreds of people out of their homes and drawing firefighters into the battle. Nevada Firefighter Eric Littman told Eyewitness News, "For us it's a once in a lifetime opportunity to assist our brothers and sisters in California who are obviously under a lot of work." Only hours after the request came in, Eric Littman and 21 other firefighters from Las Vegas, Henderson and Clark County packed their bags and headed out to Santee, California just before 11 a.m. Santee lies 15 miles northeast of San Diego and is directly in the path of the ever growing cedar blaze. They will be helping to protect homes and businesses from the 206-thousand acre cedar fire, which is blamed for 11 deaths and the destruction of nearly 900 homes. FROM LEFT, Henderson Fire Department Capt. Scott Pettingill, Las Vegas Fire & Rescue Capt. George Goldbaum, and Las Vegas firefighter/paramedic Eric Littmann pass the time at Gillespie Field, a base camp for the Cedar Fire in Santee, Calif., by looking over the San Diego Union-Tribune's coverage of the fire burning in Julian, Calif.
