'Big Brother' fans aren't shy
The audience for "Big Brother" may be modestly sized, but man, do they participate.
When CBS launched its America's Choice vote to decide which ousted Brother would rejoin the game, the Web site received 21 million page views in one day and 57 million over the weekend.
It doesn't look like the Watcher's half-dozen votes for local artist Michael Donnellan are going to make much of a dent.
The good news for the parochial among us: The other O.C. contestant - the far better behaved Kaysar Ridha - is likely to be the "winner" and be forced back into the dysfunctional homestead.
A TV Guide Online poll showed Kaysar as the favored returnee of 69 percent of voters, compared with 28 percent for Eric Littman and a pathetic 2 percent for Michael.
Several fan sites have launched "vote for Kaysar" drives, and they seem to be succeeding. Of course, the conspiracy theorists out there are sure CBS wants Eric to return and will override the actual vote.

The King and his Throne
 Day 1: My first day as HOH was nerve racking. House guests have already begun to treat me differently with expectations that their actions may alter my nominations. Little did they know, I had already figured out everyone's hidden agendas. The only 2 allies I have at this time are Janelle and Howie. At this time I also knew that Racheal was Howie's partner so she was an ally as well.
Day 2: I had decided that Maggie and James were going up on the block. I knew that would turn up the pressure on the biggest force in this house, Eric...while infuriating James. Everything was going according to plan. Immediately after the nomination ceremony there had been another altercation, Eric was exposed, and James came knocking on my door. It was time for Phase 2. James was approached with an offer to join an alliance that would be based upon trust, integrity, and strength. He gladly accepted.

Some Thoughts about Kaysar, the Don Corleone of reality television

Bad Boys, Bad Boys, What You Gonna Do...
If you don’t watch the show, don’t bother reading this. If you do watch the show, you have to agree that Tuesday’s episode was one of the better turn of events reality television has ever seen. Eric the Fireman, who I ripped on last week, had the tables turned on him and is now set to be booted from the house. And it also looks like all of his blind followers are all going to be gone as well. The move Kasar made to make this happen was one of the better reality television turnarounds I’ve ever seen. Maybe I’ll stick with it for another few weeks, as pathetic as that is. Those of you who are married likely know where I'm coming from.

Off in a figurative dark corner, however, Kaysar put together a gang that threw the veto competition to one of the nominees so he could save himself, "forcing" Kaysar to nominate someone else. He chose Eric. Stunned and righteously indignant as only a vapid reality-show contestant can be, Eric sweated and steamed before getting the boot in a whiplash-inducing reversal. From hero to goat in one week — "Big Brother" at its finest.
