He said that when he entered the Marines he had a 128 I.Q. and he did want to go to college, but his wife was pregnant and he didn't know how a h.s. drop out could do this. His daughter told him he could take the ACT exam in 1970 and he did and got his degree. He praised his wife and told Angie that she would really like Joanne.
