She said he told her people were afraid of her because she will call them out. She says we all do that at one point or another. She is offended because he said she's a strong woman, like Hilary Clinton and Oprah. She's trashing Dan to Keesha.

Jerry tells him his daughter was a high school teacher and he reads the sports page every single day, so he knows what he's talking about. Jessie continues to disagree with him. Finally Jerry just stopped talking about it. (ed: There's no arguing with Jessie.)
