K: along the coast of cali to northern LA, water is turquoise, most beautiful thing (with her brother, and her mother, a few times) the most amazing thing she's ever seen, where the ocean meets the earth.
R: I've been to a lot of places...this is a toss...I'll never forget Scotland, driving up to the highlands of Scotland....never seen anything like it.
M: probably a tossup between eastern tenn. and eastern kentucky, and new mexico
K: I have to agree with you, NM was absolutely amazing to drive through at night.
They talk about no street lights, beautiful, etc.
D: Italy, staying with extended family, a town hour south of Rome, barely have running water, went up the mnts. and donkeys are crossing roads, top of mnt. you see sheep and a shepherd, unbelievable.. |
