He's saying that he has unique conversations with everyone in the house and he'll miss the ones with Kristen. He says that he didn't like what Andrew did when he left and that she didn't deserve what happened to her. Rachel is crying telling Ragan that she had no other options. I don't see any tears. She says she doesn't want to lose one of her best friends in this house(Ragan). She says that she knows that she won't be able to replace Kristen but she still wants to be his best friend.
