From the way they're talking it sounds like Bren won the veto, but others have insinuated that it's a joint power shared by Bren/Rach. Can anyone clarify veto rules for this year?

Dom tells him to apologize about everything and tell her that he wants to be in the house. Dom says that he has Keith's back and that he needs to clear the air so he can stay and get the golden key.
