BB cut to a different shot, revealing Lawon on the elliptical machine, Daniele standing and Shelly sitting on the couch. There was some talk but all non-game stuff. The topic came up of receiving an HOH shirt that says "Summer Camp '11". Dominic entered the camera view holding a towel and preparing to go inside. He went in and Daniele soon followed, leaving Lawon on the elliptical and Shelly on the couch. Silence fell as Lawon concentrated on his exercise and Shelly appeared lost in thought. Jordan came outside; Shelly said that the maroon shirt she's wearing looks good on her. Jordan thanked Shelly for letting her wear it, implying that the shirt is hers. Jordan mentioned that she had new toenail polish on. Shelly asked if Jordan had cleaned up out there. Jordan said she did a little, cleaning out an ash tray. Shelly got up and walked into the yard. Daniele told the backyard crew about BB8 Nick. She mentioned a line he used (about having a key that captured his heart) that Daniele thought was sweet until she left the house and heard him use it on another girl. It was mentioned that BB8 Nick also dated BB12 Kristen but they broke up fast. Rachel: "He tried to control her life." She claimed BB8 Nick tried to keep her from going to a reality rally and other BB-related events. Someone (didn't see who) said Nick wasn't a nice guy. Daniele: "He's a nice guy, he just, he has a..." and, boom, cut to the WBRB palm tree screen. Jordan asked about estrogen and the people in the backyard did their best to explain it and hormones. Rachel praised Jeff for making good food. Jeff lit up a cigarette. Conversation turned to "shout out" shirts being banned following BB7 and too many houseguests wearing them. Kalia came outside and joined them, taking a seat on the couch. Daniele and Rachel talked about shout-outs being given on the live show; the WBRB screen popped back up since they were talking about production. Back from WBRB, Rachel explained to Shelly that, prior to the live show, they have the houseguests do a practice nomination session, saying that they have them use celebrity names, e.g. "I vote to evict Brad Pitt." Lawon entered and Daniele finished her thought. Daniele and Jeff then talked with Lawon about working out. Lawon went over his workout routine. Lawon said he hates stomach crunches; he and Jeff said they hate cardio. Daniele said she doesn't mind cardio. Daniele asked them how often they go to the gym. Jeff said 3 days a week; Lawon said 3-4 days a week, but that he goes hiking on Saturdays for exercise beyond that. They talked about working out in the morning versus later in the day. Jeff mentioned the temptation of going out to have a beer with a buddy instead of going to the gym later in a day. Brendon walked in and joked about being nervous about being backdoored. Brendon promptly headed up the spiral staircase. Jeff/Daniele/Lawon talked about playing "Edward Forty-Hands", a drinking game involving having a 40 ounce beer (or malt liquor) taped to your hand where you have to drink the whole thing. They then talked about various drinking games. Lawon said he likes drinking Mickey's. Daniele brought up Four Loco and how bad it is for you. They noted that the combination of alcohol and an energy drink is bad for you and that some people black out after drinking just one. They discussed where they'd be on a Sunday night if not for BB. Lawon said he'd be at a wine place. Jeff said he'd be watching TV. Lawon said he doesn't watch TV like that. Jeff mentioned barbecuing outside and then relaxing with TV. Daniele said she usually has to work weekends. Rachel came by and chatted briefly with Daniele, then she left the kitchen as Shelly entered and talked about asking for coffee. Jeff said in his season (BB11) that they didn't have much coffee. Daniele said that you don't get alcohol if people fight and that you don't get it before competitions. Rachel returned saying that BB has given then no wine but quite a bit of beer. They speculated on if they got beer because they were talking about drinking games. Rachel said she'd go get it; Jeff asked if she needed help but Rachel said no. Rachel came in with a literal basket filled with beer. "Who wants to see my beer basket?" she said with the voice tone that BB usually has a new HOH ask "Who wants to see my HOH room?" That seemed to amuse the HGs. Shelly looked in the fridge as Lawon/Jeff/Daniele/Rachel looked over the beer. Rachel asked about Brendon and was told he's upstairs changing. Adam and Porsche entered the kitchen as well. Shelly grabbed a gallon of milk from the fridge and took it out of camera frame. Rachel brought up drinking cames again and asked if they were playing "Power Hour". Talk of the "Big Booty" game started again. More talk of drinking games happened, with quarters being mentioned as a possibility. Dominic entered the mix; the HGs joked about needing to check Dominic's ID to see if he was of legal drinking age. Adam asked if there was a place to put beer cans for recycling; someone may have indicated it, but it was unclear. Rachel brought up a drinking game called "Circle of Death/King's Cup", which apparently involves rolling dice (or a single die). And, abruptly, BB cut to fish.
