Adam, Brendon, Rachel, Dominic, and Cassi talked in backyard couch area about holding a trial to figure out who is responsible for Franklin's disappearance. Various snippets and ideas thrown out:
-Discussion about who would get to be the judge, the prosecutor, defender, etc.
-The attorneys involved will be working pro bono
-It will take place in the living room at 9 p.m. BBT/PDT (for BB After Dark on Showtime)
-Subpoenas will be issued
-People with big hands will be questioned
-Discussion of Rachel's testimony about Brendon putting Franklin in the oven
-Compared Brendon to Casey Anthony (!!) with Franklin's disappearance
-Multiple possible suspects mentioned: Brendon, Lawon, Shelly
-Theory that Lawon was jealous of Franklin
-Adam: "All you need is reasonable doubt"
-Possibility of framing Lawon for Franklin's disappearance by putting a green key that was apparently made for Franklin on top of Lawon's key
-Adam was asked if he liked turtle bacon; Adam said he only likes bacon from a pig.
-Theory that Brendon broke child labor laws by making him act longer than legally allowed.
-Witnesses must swear on a Bible before testifying; Adam mention that he brought a Bible that could be used and thus will be the bailiff
-Keith will be the judge
-The possibility of bribing the judge came up, but they weren't sure how they could do it.
-BB told Brendon to reattach his microphone; Cassi said that Brendon must be talking about the case
-Note that it took several hours for Brendon to report Franklin's disappearance (another Casey Anthony reference was made, drawing a brief WBRB from BB)
-Lawon came outside and they started questioning him (jokingly) about Franklin; it was noted that Lawon was wearing a green shirt, possibly connecting him to Franklin (who was also green)
-Lawon said he didn't even like turtles; Dominic theorized that might be a motive
-The prosecutors said that Lawon could bribe them; Lawon said he just woke up and was confused by all of this
-Jeff/Jordan brought up as possibility since they are going for America's favorite houseguest and might have feared Franklin would win it instead of one of them
-They will dress up for "court"
