Cassie: These people are just so intimidating as a couple. I know everyone is just trying to stay in here as long as they can and not draw attention to themselves. With her you don't have too, she will pick on you either way

Cas: I think its because you see him being such a kiss-ass with them and then you think ok, is he just being a kiss-ass with me too or is he being genuine

You need to go to her and one on one have a little chat. Draw it out, say like hey, just because we don't spend all of our time together, let her know you are on board...like you and her
