Brendon feels that in the year he's known her, he didn't see these "real" friends, not just people that you would party with. She hesitates, then agrees with him somewhat. She then names a couple friends that would totally be there for her. She claims that Brendon met her, but he denies that happened.
She says she doesn't even know why he would argue about her having friends in Las Vegas. He's just trying to make the point that "Friends" are those that are there with you when you need them. He says that Rachel obviously is his BEST fried.
She admits she's had some pretty shitty friends there, but Kelani has been there for her, as well as Ashley (the best friend in the world). Brendon says it's because she grew up in a home with a good core of values, etc.
More talk about "Friends" and "close friends you can rely on, no matter what".
She goes on to say she has many friends from North Carolina... also in Vegas, naming a few of them.
Brendon is sitting at the counter, Rachel is still cooking at the stove, putting together a meal for Brendon and herself. She reminds Brendon that all that matters is that he is her soul mate. |
