He asked about picking Frank to cripple Boogie & she said he's a huge target though. She doesn't want to pick anyone from Janelle's team.

because she thinks JoJo stole her (eyeliner?!). Frank gets up & laugh runs out the room to tell Janelle he took it. Janelle is off camera can't hear what she's saying. Camera goes back to Ian saying "It's not a good thing" & then the feeds cute to the fishes..
