He seems pretty please with himself Ashley is asking him "what are you gonna say to them(people in the HOH)?" she is laughing but she knows the jig is up and she is in a bad spot. Ashley asks him to just mention to them, just to talk to her about it. Ashley is very concerned about the wording. Joe makes another under-the-bus reference and finally leaves.
