She brings up that Dan told her early on in the game that he would only be disappointed in her if she lied to him. He remembers saying that. She asks why there is a different standard for him than there is for her. He says she never made that statement to him, he kind of laughs while saying it and Dani seem frustrated with him.
Dani "I just wonder if I pulled the same s*it on you" Dan quickly replies that she wouldn't do that and says it isn't in her makeup. Dan "That's why I wouldn't draft someone like me" (onto his team) Dani is implying that Dan picked Dani to be on his team because he thought he could control her. Dan thinks it is funny she used those words because he thought she was going to say he picked her because he could drag her to the end.
She asks Dan point blank if he picked her because he could control her? He smiles and says no and she asks why he can't say that without laughing? He tells her he knew she would be loyal. |
