J: I'm not going to say I'm going to put Dustin up, because I'm probably not. I am going to put people up who are most negative, most awkward, most not happy times to had in this house. And it's just everyone else does too. I am not saying it's going to be you, but you are definitely in the realm of that.
Joe: Really?
J: In other people's eyes. I enjoy you. I think you're funny. The cancer thing, that makes people feel awkward. Me not putting you up might upset people up. If I don't put you up, I hope you wouldn't hurt me.
Joe: I don't have much to say....because I don't know how people could say I would have put you up
J: I can see why and why not
Joe: My only goal is to get Dustin out before me because he did not apply. This was something that I wanted to do and he got dragged in.
J: That's a lot of people. That's like half...that didn't apply
Joe: You were recruited off the street. Nick knew people. Mike...
J: You should want to keep people who were recruited because we don't know how to play.
Joe: I wish we could fix things, but we spent our time bickering.
J: Does that concern me? I always feel like...even in the outside world...I don't get involved in things that don't concern me. SO I don't know why I would get involved here. So if anything, you have to convince me not to put you up, since there's 4 people who I might put up
Joe: What four?
J: I'm not telling you
Joe: Have you considered putting Zach up?
J: No. He doesn't bother anybody
Joe: Really? He makes a few of the girls uncomfortable
J: I can't put him up, that would be horrible since he would rub butter off of me. But like before, I'm not involved
Joe: When you said you want to get out people who make people feel awkward, that's who I thought of. I don't think it's the majority. After the cancer joke, Amber told me a few people were upset with, but didn't tell me who. I found out it might upset Kail and Jameka. I saw Survivor, I was going for a joke. Kail found it funny.

J: Sarcasm is soooo contagious. And it is spreading like wildfire.
Joe: Do you think I'm sarcastic?
J: Now I think you're funny without being sarcastic. But there are some who are lame without sarcasm.
Joe: Why would I put you up against Dustin? That bugs me! I would put him up vs. Nick...he's guaranteed to stay
J: He's not! If Nick was put up, he'd be sent home.
Joe explains his strategy of why Nick would stay

J: I am not saying you're stupid. But I think anybody who puts up somebody they like against somebody they don't is dumb....it never goes that way. That person goes home. The other person is not a target to everyone else so they never go. If you're going to keep trying to talk to me to nominate Dustin, it's not going to work. But you know why I won't, right?
Joe: You're basically saying its your dirty work so you do it.
J: No they don't spread a negative vibe around the house.
