Eric: He wants to throw you off your game. If you let it get to you, then it's doing what he wants it to do.
Jen reads that serious physical threats and intimidation are unacceptable. As is physical violence.
Kail says "what was that noise? Was that a punching sound?"
Jen says she is not worried about mental stability but physical.
Eric says if there is a situation, she goes get Zach, Eric, Nick, and he will stand in front of the person and not let any physical violence happen.
