he told Jameka "i was the one who stood up and said i want Nick out and i went into the DR and i voted Nick out" (lying to Jameka - point blank) Jam says i dont' care about the things who did mess up on or didn't - it doesn't matter... she offers to get him water... he asks her to get dustin for him

He asks Jameka to have Dustin come up, and asks if he should approach Amber. Jameka says she doesn't think he should at this point. He tells Jameka to please tell Amber he's sorry about the whole situation.
Jameka tells Eric that she knows from a personal point he hasn't harmed her (Jameka). Eric says he knows if he stays he is at the bottom of the list and will probably go up again next week. He tells Jameka that its nice to get to talk to her personally before he leaves (maybe). He tells her he is sorry for anything he is putting her through this week. He says he hasn't handled this week like he would have liked to and is sorry for this.

Eric: I did not cast those extra votes, or the mustard. I've owned up to everything I've done and everything else I've done is nice and cool. He doesn't understand why "they" had to do it this way

Before that, he said his vote is locked (to keep Kail).
Now saying that just because they're doing this this week...have this deal with Dani and ED, doesn't mean they aren't still going after them. Amber nods.
Dustin worries about being nom'd and Amber says you can't worry about that.
