Kaysar wants everyone to stop backstabbing, gossiping
Present: Ivette, Jennifer, Eric, Kaysar, April, Sarah
E: If he wants to take me on, take me on! If he wants to stare at me, take me on! (Mike)
E: Put yourself in my place
K: I would do whatever I could to stop the situation.
E: I asked him if he wanted to talk and he said no, with the stink-eye he gave everyone else.
K: Do you think that there is blame to be placed across the board, or is it just him
E: That situation with him and his behavior?
K: I am sorry I am bringing this up, this is new to me, I just found out 2 days ago.
E: Are you talking about him and his behavior?
K: I am talking about his behavior and how it is being dealt with and what led up to it.
E: It's done being dealt with, I mean it's not even coming up anymore in conversation.
K: Is it necessary to whisper and call him a sexual predator?
E: See, see, again, you are only hearing one side of the story. Ok? Nobody accused him of sexual harassment. I will tell you this. That when I spoke to him and I said listen dude.....my impression was that I came up to him as a friend, at that point and I had no problems with Michael. And I said Michael listen dude. Some of the girls are feeling uncomfortable with the kissing on the neck with the try to kiss them on their stomach (Jennifer), biting her in the ass on the 3rd day...
Sarah: tell him, tell him
April: He touched my boobs
Sarah: Did you hear what he did to me the other day?
E: After this, yesterday...
K: I don't know what is going on (playing very dumb & naive)
E: this is the last time, I just want to be clear on something, this is the last time I discuss this. I am not bringing this up again with anybody. It's over.
Sarah: What you need to understand...
Eric: (jumps in) what you need to understand is that YOU brought this up to me.
K: I understand that
E: So I am going to respond to you. What I am telling you is after this conversation, I do not want to discuss this anymore. I am done with it. OK? Because I don't have all the information.
K: Right
E: And I can't make an informed decision...
K: but...
E: (Puts hand up like stop sign) Let me JUST FINISH.
K: OK Go ahead.
E: (goes on about how he approached Mike) I know you might be from a different culture, you might be used to different women. We did the same exact thing with Howie and he stopped.
Ivette: He said that he has never touched any of us.
Kaysar: I...
Eric: (stop sign hand thing) Just let me finish! You asked...
K: I agree, I agree that the crux of the blame...
E: (sticks arm waaay out towards Kaysar) Let me tell you this is how sexual harassment came up, ok? (arm still out) And I am going to be totally honest with you right now. So what I said to him was, "I am not touching them! I am not making anyone feel uncomfortable! Blah blah blah" Defending himself. (Kaysar nods head)
E: I said ok, that's fine Michael if that what you believe. She was right there when I talked to him, so you can ask her (April?) for honesty from me. But I said in another context, not in this house, if someone comes to you and approaches you and says I am uncomfortable with this ok, I am uncomfortable with what you are doing, with how you are approaching me, how you are touching me, how you are making (air quotes) hostile work environment (end quotes), which I never even mentioned those 2 words, (LIAR!)
Kaysar: Who did?
Eric: Nobody did. That is why I am telling you it sticks in my mind because that is a (air quotes) hostile work environmment (end quotes).
{note: Eric is changing his tune rapidly and the girls look on}
