Jen's parents divorced when she was 9 months old. She lived with her mom until she was 11, except she stayed with her dad during summers and some holidays. At 11, she went to Australia with her dad and stepmom and they tried to convince her to live with her dad by saying she could be with a family. Jen says this is the worst thing she's ever done and feels bad -- she asked her mom if she could live with her dad. Her mom was heartbroken and said OK. Jen is teary-eyed. Jen was all her mom had. Jen wanted to live back with her mom but her mom promised her dad she wouldn't try to take Jen back. But Jen thought things were horrible with her dad, they didn't let her do anything but made her do everyone's chores. Jen said her mom was balanced and her dad wasn't. She couldnt go out past 10, she couldn't drive, she couldn't attend her own homecoming. She wasn't used to that with her mom. Her mom moved to Arizona while she was living with her dad.
