Jeff said that the veterans should keeping f---ing with the newbies and get in their head. Brendon and Jeff then talked about Lawon and if he might possibly put up a newbie team if he won HOH. Jeff told Brendon that Adam isn't as smart as he thinks he is. Jeff reiterated to Brendon that the veterans need to win HOH this week, mentioning again that they should take advantage of the swerve the veterans plan to vote out Keith instead of Porsche. The hope is that the newbies will be stunned by the swerve and thus have a worse performance in the HOH competition than they might otherwise. It was mentioned that a best case scenario would be Lawon winning *if* he would actually nominate a newbie team for eviction (which means the potential for both remaining intact veteran teams playing for HOH the following week). But then they said again that the veterans need to win HOH this week to be sure. Jeff and Brendon went over the votes for this week and possibilities for next week, particularly if they win tomorrow's HOH. Jeff again repeated that he feels they (the veterans) have to win this week. Jeff talked about possible deception tactics to use against the newbie side and they laughed a bit about it. Brendon in particular seemed giddy at the idea of swerving some of the newbies into a false sense of security. Porsche asked Jordan to please let her know if the veteran side has changed its mind about keeping her over Keith. Porsche said she just wants to know if she's going home, and Jordan promised her that the votes were solid and that she is safe this week. Jeff walked in (after his chat with Brendon in the purple room ended) and talked about possibly taking a shower but that he's not sure if he will because he might head back outside.
