She used to live on a 35 acre farm and the dog got more exercise. All she has to say is "treat" and her dog goes crazy. They talk about the cost of land in Colorado. Rachel had a pretty good job and a friend in the mortgage business that was helping her get a loan. But she was worried about the price, and being single, and the possibility of getting on the show. Eric: I always say, if you don't know what to do, do nothing. She agrees. I guess she decided not to buy it. I think the windows just went up. Rachel said "at least we can go outside now." Eric is asking a lot of questions about Rachel's job and her horses. One of her horses is leased. She is getting detailed about how one of them is "a nice gelding" but is "not very competitive".
