Saying that in your 20s you can deal with the mental stress by working out. But by your 30s the stress becomes harder to handle so he started seeing a counselor some. He is telling Michael about some experiences that have really affected him.

Eric tells Ivette that Janelle thinks that Ivette, Beau, and Eric have an alliance. Ivette does not like that and is unhappy that she has to "clean up" after Janelle. Eric wants to put Janelle up on the block and tell her that he does not like her. Then they talk about how they will run the HOH ceremony if they win. Ivette and Beau also say that Jennifer is next. They also want to get rid of Kaysar and Michael.
