Maggie waited awhile for Ivette to share and when it appeared that Ivette was not going to volunteer any information, Maggie finally asked questions of Ivette. Ivette has a really high code of conduct with her friends so she was willing to not talk about it but she could not "lie" to Maggie so she shared as much as she could without obviously "lying". She told as much of the truth as she could without sharing the part of the possibility of her throwing the HOH competition. (She does not want that idea in Maggie's head at all in case Maggie is on the jury). Ivette did not lie to Maggie, just omitted some of the details. It is possible that Ivette does not think her and janelle have a deal since she just turned janelle down and feels in her mind that she really does not know who janelle is thinking of bringing to the end.
