Kaysar - do you ever queue a database? work on databases?
Rachel - um, not really. everything is real time. i'm not quite sure what you're asking me. we have an in-house tool that we developed and i run transactions through them. Obviously i can be replaced although i've been doing this for so long that there's a lot i know that can't be passed on in a short amount of time.

Rachel - well lucky for us, most people are laughing at Howie so we won't look too bad
Rachel - i don't wanna be in management. i chose technical. the management lifestyle is not conducive to mine. i dont' want to work 60-80 hours a week, i don't wanna take work home, i don't want to carry a blackberry and field calls at 10pm. i'm happier with my own freedom. i could never do something like this if i was management. it's less money but that doesn't matter.
Kaysar - its' interesting that they polled Europeans and Americans. STats showed if given the option, what would you prefer - money, time? Americans wants more money, Europeans want more time.
