Then James and Maggie go into rant about how illegal immigrants come over to America for the free healthcare and how that's not fair and Ivette doesn't say anything. She deftly changes subject to the road trip she wants to take with her girlfriend. Then it gets back to healthcare. Maggie then is talking about nursing and possibly going back to school for a doctorate in nursing and she'd thought of being a doctor but... April is outside now and keeps interjecting and interrupting. She says "The money is so sh!tty now." Maggie cuts her off, well no the money is good. Then says "I make more money than" and cuts herself off before saying "rest of you" and tries to talk around what she just said and how doctors hours are bad and its a stressful profession. Maggie and Ivette's differences are really coming out in this conversation. Maggie doesn't think it's right to hope for your children to be a doctor or a lawyer, she talks about how stressful and miserable your life can be as a doctor despite the money, Ivette thinks it's good for parents to wish something like that for them.
