Well, tonight a new season began with an old face returning. As we know, Brad is back for a second chance at love.
In the beginning of the episode, we were given a look back at what happened last time for Brad, his recluse attitude, the years of intense therapy, and finally a guy that is “healed” and looking for another shot. Through the preview, we were given a look into his family and how things have changed for them. We were introduced to Thomas Parker, PHD, Brad’s therapist, whom told us his opinion of how Brad has changed, of how he has the “tools” to be able to be committed in a relationship. The question of the season though..........is he really changed?? I guess that is for Brad and his ladies to find out and for everyone else to question as the season progresses.
We are given a looksy into some of the women that are there to meet Brad........ First up was Ashley H - the bubbly dentist, then Ashley S – the southern girl who wants to be Brad’s friend, Raichel – the manscaper that seems to really enjoy her job, Madison – fang girl with a dark side, Meghan with her fashion sense as she shops for dresses for the show, then finally Emily – her fiancé died in a plane crash.........
Up next..............DeAnna and Jenni
As Chris and Brad are sitting at the mansion having their typical chat........Brad is talking of the walls that were up last time and how he has changed this time. As Brad put it, it took him a long time to realize that during his first time on the Bachelor, he just wasn’t capable of falling in love because of being closed off.....now he is ready! Of course, now Chris has a surprise and Jenni and DeAnna are there to confront him........A shocked Brad stands up to greet the women.
When they all sat down again, Jenni looks like she is willing to listen and give a chance to Brad.........DeAnna, not so much.......she looks like she is still really upset by how things turned out between her and Brad and definitely looks like she has a chip on her shoulder.....
Jenni .........felt embarrassed, frustrated that no one was given a chance. Is saying that she feels the ladies guards will be up when they find out that it is him as the bachelor. Jenni is hopeful that it will work and that the girls will give him a break..........
DeAnna.........upset because she opened her heart and was frustrated that the person that she trusted most in the process let her down. Surprised that he is wanting to do the process all over again. She is sceptical that it will work, but feels that he can do it...........
Up Next...........the limo’s arrive
As Brad and Chris are standing in front of the house and Chris is giving the general pep talk to the bachelor/ette, the parting words from Chris is from friend to friend....... “Don’t screw this up”.
Limo #1:
Chantal O......introduces herself and then says that this is from all the women in America and slaps Brad
Kimberley..........very serious questions and concerns
Alli..........more than willing to give him a second chance
Ashley S........I’m not going to hate on you......want to flirt with you some more........then squeezes his butt
Meghan........weird red shoes that Brad comments on, a couple of hugs
Limo #2:
Marissa........they hug, then he comments on her dress........she then asks if he is okay with being with someone who’s life completely revolves around sports.....
Lindsay.......who immediately says: “you’re back”...........
Ashley H.......welcome back.........hopes that he is ready to answer questions over and over again........then says that they can just take off in the limo sitting there.
Raichel........hug it out, then she says that he is the perfect guy for her
Madison..........fang lady.........he looks delicious
Limo #3:
Melissa........does a running start and says catch me......he does in mid air, admits she didn’t watch his season, they hug it out
Renee.........she tells him he is so cute, they hug
Christy......... they shake hands, admits she doesn’t know much about him, asks him the one thing that he wants her to know before going inside.....he says that he’s changed
Jackie.........a big hug, pinky swear that he won’t break her heart, they hug again
Sarah P......asks him to get down on his knee, repeat after her, will you marry me.....
Limo #4:
Lacey........cold reception, is he there for the right reasons, will give him a chance
Lauren......heard all about him, let’s hope history don’t repeat itself.....hugs him
Lisa P........ shakes hands, piece of advice – be yourself.......hugs her
Shawntel......hugs.......both say the other looks/smells great
Brittne........becons him to go to car to let her out
Limo #5:
Stacey.......shake hands........admits that she doesn’t know who he is.....hugs at the end
Jill.........excited, hugs Brad.....ready to get married
Lisa M..........Ruby red slippers.......from Kansas
Rebecca.........gramma told her she has to kiss a lot of frogs before finding prince charming....lays a smooch on Brad....hug
J.......hug.......her birthday........
Limo #6:
Keltie........comes out of limo doing leg kicks........bubbly and gives hugs.........
Sarah L........gives a hug........can’t snap her fingers......
Emily.........shake hands, then hug....so happy that it is him.....
Britt........hug it out, she gives him some chocolates
Michelle.......hugs, she looks stunning, he is her first pick
As Chris meets up with Brad after Michelle heads into the house........Chris does the customary, is your wife waiting for you in that room......absolutely is the answer.......can we honestly think Brad would say anything but??
Before Chris sends Brad inside, he tells him of the first impression rose......meanwhile the ladies inside are talking about the expectations that they have. First up, Brad gives a speech and tells the ladies that this is his second time at this, he asks the women to give him a chance again.......and before he is done with his speech, he asks the women if any of them want to leave........of course no one does, so the night carries on from there......
Up next.........Private time with Brad
Kimberley.........she knows that he’s done this before but needs to know that he will make a decision this time and not get screwed over....hmmmm.
Marissa........what brought him to this point? He talks again of his therapy, of reflections, soul searching......
Shawntel.........tells her that he felt so much of a jerk, the lonliest time that he’s gone through....
Meghan........what happened and when did he know........don’t know if he felt it but was scared
Lisa P, Brittne, Lindsay were all in the montague of how he’s changes, blah, blah, blah......I think we get it!
Chantal O.........first thing she says.......please don’t make me hit you again......oh lordy!
Ashley S.........sits down and says that she’s not going to give any hard questions, claims to just want to be a friend and if stress of this gets to him, he’s got someone to go to......
Chris walks in with the FIR that he and Brad talked about and you can feel the tension amp up several notches.
Raichel......has her waxing gear set up and wanting to show Brad what she is all about.....an Esthetician who specializes in manscaping.....she waxes a small spot on Brad’s wrist.
Jackie.......who admits in a PI of how sexy she finds Brad........she sings him a jingle......Oh Lordy!
Alli........she admits that a guy broke up with her as he was wanting a girl with a smaller butt
Renee........keeps stealing Brad from Alli and then Jill stole him from the two
Emily.........talks of her job, family, and how she is really open to this.....Brad calls her the “Southern Belle”
Madison........fang lady.........he is trying to have a serious conversation and she just won’t answer the questions.......he feels that she thinks this is a game....
Michelle.........says there a lot of little girls here(PI)........tells him of her daughter......talks of him being an uncle......
Brad grabs the FIR and hands it out to Ashley S. as she was very upfront and honest with her feelings.

As everyone gathers for the rose ceremony, Chris does his traditional speech and the ladies are lined up in front of him.
