BB28 9/21 Blog: A Bad Day for Melody and a
Great Day for Taylor

Midmorning the feeds cut and when they came back on, Melody was gone in the Egyptian
Eviction—and I’m very curious if there was anything different about it. One (not super
surprising) but interesting thing is that it seemed to be Drew’s only F.A.P vote with Drew
voting to evict Taylor. But Dee voted to evict Melody and Devens broke the tie, sending
Melody out the door and Drew into a funk.
Maybe it affected him too much because once the feeds clicked off and on again, we saw
that Taylor was the final four HOH. The houseguests talked about it being a puzzle of Jason
(or at least, Jason being the winning image). This definitely seemed like the most unlikely
outcome (maybe just to me? If so, sorry!), and the Crossovers took some time to mourn the
loss. But not before Devens told us in a cam talk that he thinks he’s good no matter what. He’s convinced that Dee will take him to final three if she’s the sole vote this Thursday even though he probably won’t take her. He schmoozed with Taylor and tried to play down his chances of winning.
But yeah, it was a tough day for Drew. He was caught sniffling in Melody’s bed, and the
Crossovers had another family hug. There’s nothing for it, one of them is going home on
Thursday. And now they all just need to see where the cards fall with the veto. Until then,
they’re comparing theories on who the jury would vote for and who that means they should
take to final three.
Once Taylor was let into her HOH room, she had quick one-one-ones with Devens and
Drew. (Dee told Drew earlier she didn’t even plan on talking game with her since the noms
wouldn’t really matter. But she did listen to her music.)
Taylor told Devens she was considering putting up Dee and Drew. Then she told Drew the
same thing, which was fine with him. He wants to catch up to Taylor’s resume stat of being
on the block so many times. Drew’s “If I could turn my own key I would,” made Devens
chuckle.
The Crossovers mostly hung out with each other while Taylor did her own thing and chilled
out—which must feel nice after weeks and weeks of fighting the majority. Pod Almighty won’t be sleeping in the pod tonight, everybody!
