Tuesday October 4th is elimination night. What couple will be sent home tonight? You will be shocked.

9 time Grammy winner and "The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul" Mary J. Blige opened the show singing her hit Real Love.
Performing with Mary J. Blige were dancers
Val Chmerkovskiy and Dasha Chesnokova.

The judges ask to see Chynna and Tony perform the encore which was a Rumba to Hold On by Wilson Phillips.

The Macy's stars of dance features Estelle performing "The Twist" while the dancers twist and jive along.
The King of The Twist Chubby Checker comes in partway on the performance and the place goes crazy!
Len comes from behind the judge podium and starts doing the twist with Chubby Checker.
It is classic!

Mary J. Blige performs one more time. She sings the hit single 25/8 from her upcoming album.

All the voting took place from the beginning of the show up until the end and we are left with the final 3 couples who are in jeopardy.
Carson and Anna
Hope and Maks
Kristin and Mark

Carson and Anna are safe.

This leaves 2 of the best couples on the chopping block.
Kristin and Mark & Hope and Maks

The shock of the night occurs when the couple with the lowest combined scores that is going home is Kristen and Mark.

Kristen had so much potential and she was fun to watch dance. Go figure. I guess the fans votes really do count.
