So tonight’s epi began with another look back at Sunday night’s show........Lane and Brit were nominated, and there was some strife in the house as Lane is still trying to keep everyone on the hook. He wants the Brigade to feel that he is on their side, and he also wants Brit to feel that he will take her to the final 2.
So after the nominations, Hayden and Lane head up to the HOH and Hayden tells Lane that the target is Brit........NOT Lane. But Hayden wanted to make sure Lane knew that he was put up because he didn’t want to get on the bad side of Enzo and Hayden thought that Lane would take it better if it was him on the block versus Enzo.
The guys were outside talking about their alliance and how the Brigade will be in the final 3, when Lane voiced his insecurities as to whether they will backdoor him. He even went so far as to say that he didn’t want to take a shower and leave the two of them out there to hatch another plan......Lane did go inside to have a shower, and as soon as his back was turned, Enzo remarked of how they need to take the guys to the final 3 but also remarked of how he knew that Lane and Brit have an alliance so if she wins the POV, Enzo will be going home. In the DR excerpt, Hayden also remarked of how he doesn’t trust Lane completely because of how close he is to Britney.
Brit heads up to talk to Hayden in the HOH room........Brit hinted that she would be the best choice to take to the final 2 as she has a lot of enemies on the jury......also she mentioned of how Enzo would be the worst one to go to the final 2 with as he would be a shoe in for the win. Hayden even admitted in a DR excerpt of how she is right and if Hayden takes Enzo, he is guaranteed to loose......It is making him crazy because Brit has some good points and he just doesn’t know if he could go against the Brigade at that point.
Up next, the final Veto competition of the summer.........
“Big Brother Marquis” ...... The object of the challenge is to match up the poster with the pics on them to the clues on the top and bottom of the clue board.......once you do that, then you line the posters up in order. Hayden is off to a fast start.....Brit not far behind......Lane was definitely out to lunch at that point.....LOL. Enzo rang the buzzer slightly before Hayden, but only had 3 right. Hayden rang in very quickly after and had everything right.
The Brigade is Revealed.......
The three guys are in the kitchen discussing when they are going to reveal the brigade to her......Hayden came up with a speech that he would make during the Veto meeting........Lane wasn’t amused. Then Hayden revealed that he wanted to be honest with her and tell her why he wasn’t going to use the veto on her. At the end, Hayden said that it was up to Lane as to when to reveal the alliance to Brit. So we then see Lane and Enzo in the HOH room, and in walks Brit. Mouthy Enzo starts it off by saying “Lane, what are you going to do”, “What are you going to do tonight?” Then starts laughing......Poor Brit, she looks like that guy has definitely fallen off of the tracks. Enzo was definitely looking like the cat that ate the canary..........he could hardly wait to get the secret out of his mouth..........to his credit, Lane definitely looked uncomfortable for the most part. In the beginning, Brit looked like she thought it was all a joke, but then I guess it started sinking in. By the time that Hayden came up to the HOH and found out that Enzo spilled the beans, she was definitely into a full blown pissed off mood and very hurt. All Hayden said, I am glad that you won the 10 G’s yesterday. Then he grinned......come on, really?? Once the truth finally sunk in and it wasn’t a joke afterwards, she asked if she was definitely going home and Hayden said that he wasn’t using the veto........that is when she finally lost it.
In the DR, she completely broke down and said that she just got played, completely got played...........She went to the sunset room and made up her bed. She just wanted to be left alone. Lane went down to try to talk to her. In the DR excerpt, Lane said that when he saw Brit hurting that bad, he felt that one of his good dogs died.......he never wanted to hurt that bad again........does this mean that he was feeling more for Brit than friends?? Anything is possible.........
Veto meeting, Enzo’s vote and final good-byes..............
Hayden as said, decided not to use the veto so the nominations stood.......Lane and Brit were given a chance to say their final words. Lane and Brit definitely said some nice words to each other and the other guys. But, Brit was evicted.
Good bye messages from the guys.............
Hayden: “Britney, I didn’t want to do this to you.....I had promised these guys since week one to try to take them to the end. I didn’t want to betray you, I feel that I have let you down and honestly, that is the last thing I wanted to do”
Enzo: “This has been very hard for me you know. I don’t want to see nobody cry. I am not here for that. For me to evict you Britney it was definitely hard, no matter what. No matter if there was a brigade or not, it was going to be hard.”
Lane: “Being in this house without you Britney is going to be horrible. Everyone is going to miss your personality, but, number one, I am going to miss everything about you, you’re funny, you are perfect to talk to, who am I going to aggravate now?? I am going to miss everything now.......It is going to be a big, big, empty house without you. When we told you about the brigade, I know for a fact that you felt used, I didn’t use you one bit, you know, I wanted to take you to the final 2. I wanted you to be in the finale with me, over Hayden or Enzo. You know that Hayden won the HOH and it was out of my hands. You were never a side alliance to me, you are a good friend.......just don’t take it personally, you know I am sorry.”
Part one of the final HOH up next............
“Rumble in the Big Brother Jungle” The object is that you need to hold on tight to the rope.......last one “sitting” is the winner. There is going to be swinging in the jungle and a waterfall or two to manoeuvre......so it will be interesting as to who has the will to hang on the longest.
