The Last of Russell’s Women Hits the Road

Tonight’s epi began with a look back at last week’s epi as per usual......we then see the first of Russell’s “ladies” arriving at Redemption. Krista arrives at Redemption to the surprise of Matt who does welcome Krista under the shelter and covers.

Back at Zapa, it is obvious that Stephanie is on the outs and Steve proceeded to ask her why she and Krista put their votes on Steve. Steph had the gaull to say that they thought Steve was the weakest member of the team and that is why their votes went to him. So in a PI, Steph was saying how she would rather of spoken her true mind on the matter, she has to play the game and verbalize her opinion “delicately”......yea, right. Meanwhile Steve says in a PI of how that is a crock and now he knows where she stands.

Over at Ometepe, Rob and Andrea are making a day bed, Phillip is off gathering firewood, and Ashley and Natalie are having a “day spa”.........what?? LOL. As Ashley says, she’s worked hard all her life........WHAT??................ she’s like 25..........LOL. Anyhow, Natalie then braids Andrea’s hair for her. Then we get a treat.........Phillip pipes in with asking the girls for a request........to check on the fire every half an hour or so........here we go.........WW3 going to start in camp.........LOL. Then we get a PI from the mouthpiece himself stating how there won’t be any justice in the world if he ends up at Redemption before Natalie and Ashley.........those girls won’t get off their butts for anything as they feel they are there for a beauty pageant or something. These two girls must go and the pageant is over for them.......good grief.

At Redemption, Matt and Krista head to the treemail spot and find Krista’s comfort item......her bible. This works to both of their benefits as their belief’s are geared in that direction. As they take a moment and have their prayers, they both decide that their duel will go as it is suppose to no matter who is the winner.

Up next..............Redemption duel

As both Andrea and Natalie show up for Ometepe, and Julie and Mike arrive from Zapatera.........Matt and Krista then enter the forum. Probst tells the two that there are three bags with a ball in each of them. The idea is to use the grappling hook, grab onto a bag and pull it back, once all three bags are back, then grab the ball out of the bag, place it into the puzzle and weave the ball in and around the maze till the finishing hole of which they place the ball into. If the ball falls into any of the other holes along the way, then the ball gets placed at the beginning of the puzzle and they do it all again. The first one to finish, stays on Redemption. Krista is the first one to get all three bags.........but Matt finishes the maze first and Krista is then completely gone from the game for good. In a PI, Andrea acknowledges that she has always wanted Matt to stay in the game to give her a chance at lasting longer, yet she also says that with him in the game and lasting through these challenges like this, he is going to be a real tough opponent if and when he gets back into the game.

Back at Zapa, Sarita is telling all who will listen of how she has got “bacteria” into one of her teeth in the back from picking at it with a dirty stick.........can I say DUHHHHH.... meanwhile, Julie calls her a drama queen in a PI, Ralph calls her stupid for doing such a thing.........and Mike and Julie are off talking of how high maintenance Sarita are. Meanwhile, David is talking to Stephanie and telling her that she really has to find a way to warm up to people here to stay.

Over at Ometepe, Phill once again is off on a rampage about how he is the only one doing things and he’s tired of the girls not pitching in...........there definitely will be tribal unrest happening soon if he keeps it up........LOL. While Rob and Grant were off getting a handful of wood each, they were talking about Phil’s nonsense with bothering the 20 something girls to do some work..........As Rob says.......they aren’t going to do it so why waste your voice..........But Phil doesn’t stop there, now he’s bugging the girls once again.......This ain’t going to be very good for long........LOL. Rob is realizing that this is going nowhere but bad, so he takes Phil aside to try to squash this right away. Bottom line, he basically says to take a breather and try not to boss everyone around so much.........guess we’ll see how far that goes.

Over at Zapa, Steph realizes that she has to apologize to Steve and suck up to him to try to get her hooks back into the tribe.......will it work.........probably not.....LOL. After Steph admitted that she thought Sarita was the weakest member on the team, Steve also admitted that he and others feel that way too.........guess we’ll see how things go at their next tribal.

Up next..............Immunity back up for grabs

After both tribes enter the Immunity forum, Probst decides to play the devil’s advocate and ask Mike if there is some animosity on the tribes and Mike agrees that today should be a good challenge......then Jeff brings Phillip’s animals into it........meaning the tattoos on Phil’s arms..........he says that he’s bringing both into the challenge which brings a resounding forearm smack from Steve.........yea, yea.........way to bring the devil’s advocate stance into things Probst............LOL. So the idea of the challenge is for 2 tribe members on each tribe to be responsible for launching balls into the air.........the other tribes members are to catch the ball, no matter the color...........the first one to five wins. Sarita is the one sitting out for Zapatera. For Ometepe it is Phil and Natalie on the ball sling. For Zapa, it is David and Stephanie. Ometepe won 5-0 with Grant scoring 4 and Rob 1. The reward for Ometepe was to spend some time away from camp enjoying a picnic lunch. Zapa went back to their camp to sort out who was going to be going home that night.

As Ometepe arrive at their picnic spot to enjoy their feast, Rob notices the immunity clue scroll first. He pretends not to notice but Grant then picks it up and puts it in his pocket. As he does that, Rob asks Grant to go take a look at the view. Meanwhile out of sight, the two of them unroll the scroll and try to read before anyone else notices...........too late............Phillip rounds the corner and asks what the boys got. As Rob states in a PI, he felt kinda like when he was in school and the principal busts him....LOL. Good grief...............Stealth are us.............Phil the specialist, Rob the mentalist, Grant the assassin.............this guy really is off his rocker............LOL. Phil also states in a PI of how he realized that Rob and Grant tried to hide it from him.........then he went into a rant that only he could truely understand...........LOL.

Meanwhile at Zapa, David is trying to get the team to vote out Sarita and keep Steph instead. So Steph approaches Julie about how she feels Sarita is the weakest link and it is wiser as a group to keep Steph and get rid of Sarita. David is campaigning hard with his group to keep Steph, yet as a group, the rest of them want to keep the trustworthy one there longer.

Up next.............Tribal

The tribal ended up being a cat fight of sorts............Sarita trying to defend herself..........Steph trying to make Sarita look like an idiot. Steve says that Steph is strong in the challenges and does stuff around the camp..........with Sarita, he says that she is trustworthy but doesn’t do as much around camp as she could.........so I guess that is where the tribe stands. When the votes are read, Steph is the one sent to Redemption.

Well, that’s all for tonight............hopefully you enjoyed the blog this time around. I will be back next week to do it all again, so until then..........have a great week everyone!!
